50 year old cast iron pipes replaced today. Swipe for pictures of dirt mounds + holes. Also had our contractor neighbor across the street lose his car keys and he needed a minute to vent his loss by playing guitar. Enjoy today. We can now officially start to envision the front porch with all this renewed foundation. #detroit #artistsupport #ada #residence taken in Greater Impact House by @greaterimpacthouse

Here’s to the dreamers:

Over the weekend we did some much needed work of knocking down water damaged walls on the inside. Friends within our community came to help us fill a 30yd dumpster donated by our dear friend, Majed. Amongst others, a Greater thanks go to Henry, Patrick from Southfield Family Sauna, Youzar, Christopher and Kyra, Coulter, and Panoka Walker, who stayed with us till the very last moments.

The house next door took 2 years to be approved for demolition. We are focused on growing a wildflower u-pick garden in its place this year with the help of @biosis.design taken in Greater Impact House by @greaterimpacthouse
