Great North Run done!

It was hard going. I'd done less training than I wanted. It was warmer than I wanted. But I thoroughly enjoyed it! I did a mix of run/walking. Took advantage of as many sweeties/fruit/beer as I could going round. Finished in 2hrs 55m.

We visited the @alzheimersresearchuk tent in the charity village. Made to feel very welcome. Had some snacks and a cuppa. I was super pleased to find a box of @yorkshiretea ! ☕️

Training for Brighton Marathon now begins!! 😵‍💫
