// Being an interior designer isn’t always about swooping in and turning the original design upside down (unless that’s necessary).

Sometimes, elements of the original design can work perfectly with a little reworking, so there’s no reason to adjust them.

Our client loved the original layout of this Armadale kitchen, so it was important for us to preserve it. Instead, we transformed the space with custom millwork, new appliances and lighting fixtures.

The existing island was a little too bulky, so we added a porcelain, waterfall countertop for a clean, streamlined effect. Our favourite feature is the @ilveranges range, which acts as a refined, modern focal point.

Familiar? Yes. Glowed-up? Definitely.

Congrats @mischacouvrette and all the hands that brought this project to life! Featured in @globestyle this new-fashioned family home has executed on what many designs idealize. It has captured the space of contradiction. Of being eye-catching while carried into a tranquil composure. A quiet confidence where your shoulders drop and a little sigh escapes. What a beautiful home to grow in.

We are proud to be a part of creating this serene character as the landscape team along with @greenwayconstruction and our very own @e.falconer with the design and fabrication of the kitchen island. Check out the full article @globestyle to see it all!

This project has a special place in our portfolio and we know it’s inspiration for more to come!

Ready to smash this week!
Hope everyone had a great weekend.
Demo work is definitely not easy and with the heat that we have been experiencing it really drains everyone quickly. You have to make sure everyone is staying hydrated and keep that sun block handy. taken in Mississauga, Ontario by @greenwayconstruction

More outdoor work.
Custome had all there landscaping done last year. We came in and made sure the proper steps were taken so that there was no damage done to anything. Backyard grass, patio and plants look just as good as the first day we showed up. And yes we had a machine come in and dig the holes. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @greenwayconstruction
