Happy Father's Day 🤍

One of my favourite things is watching the boys become little versions of themselves while picking up pieces of you along the way.

Thank you for showing up for them every day, in all the big and small ways.

We love you.

Golden hour at the cottage feels like the world softens for a minute 🌅

No schedule.
No rushing.
Just the lake, the trees, and everyone slowly wandering back outside before sunset.

POV: you blink and suddenly your baby is doing 9-year-old boy things 🥹🎉

Bike rides faster than I’m comfortable with.
Inside jokes I don’t understand.
Big opinions.
Growing independence.
Still sneaking in hugs when nobody’s looking.

Watching him become his own person is equal parts beautiful and offensive, honestly. Especially when he loves the songs I loved as a teen.

This is pure chaos, and also exactly my favourite kind of moment.
Kids piled on dad, dog fully involved, zero plan, lots of laughter. These are the memories that actually stick.

Wouldn’t trade this season, even on the days it runs me flat. Gives a whole new meaning to "dog pile"🤍

Whale watching with the boys 🐋
I'm not a boat person, and got slightly seasick. Questioned my life choices the moment lunch was handed out. LOL

And still… I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
A mom and her calf. A massive pod rolling through. Dolphins racing the boat.

Being that close to something so big and alive while the boys just stared in total awe? Worth every wobbly minute.

Mexico, week one.

Same kids, different backdrop.

Slow mornings, sandy feet, too much sun, not enough structure — and somehow, everyone settles anyway.

I love parenting with palm trees.

Life, but lighter.

This is part one. Just the beginning of the rhythm shift.

Blessed to have chosen this week to be on vacation, while thinking of what we're going to come home to.

Do you travel with your kids? I'd love to hear your tips!

// Being an interior designer isn’t always about swooping in and turning the original design upside down (unless that’s necessary).

Sometimes, elements of the original design can work perfectly with a little reworking, so there’s no reason to adjust them.

Our client loved the original layout of this Armadale kitchen, so it was important for us to preserve it. Instead, we transformed the space with custom millwork, new appliances and lighting fixtures.

The existing island was a little too bulky, so we added a porcelain, waterfall countertop for a clean, streamlined effect. Our favourite feature is the @ilveranges range, which acts as a refined, modern focal point.

Familiar? Yes. Glowed-up? Definitely.
