We’re doing another one of these, this Saturday October 3rd at Gage Park in Hamilton, in the children’s garden project near the main parking lot off of Lawrence Rd. We’ll be there from 1-4ish. Pics of some of the songs we’ll be working on to add to the ones we’ve been working on already 😊 by @gregmoverley

“Worried Man Blues” - this traditional tune was popularized by the Carter Family about a hundred years ago. Glad to see we’ve come this far as a species since then and don’t have much to be worried about these days. by @gregmoverley

Greg Moverley

I am a folk musician, artist and writer. My work has been rejected by many of the finest magazines still in print and my songs can be heard by passersby when my kitchen window is open.

Self-taught, I’m continually learning to develop my skills further not so much for a career but just for life.

Working out the kinks on this original banjo piece in standard G tuning. I originally called it “Getaway Train”, but on listening it may not have quite the gallop to it I might expect from the title. I think I’ll call it “I’ve Got The Sun In My Eyes On A Cloudy Day”. by @gregmoverley
