So here we go! I have an opportunity to document getting a company off the ground from pretty much day 1, so that’s exactly the plan. Most who document what they do (myself included) will tell you they just wish they started sharing the journey sooner, so this is exciting.

There is a huge amount of what I’m going to share that others in the industry will think should be sensitive, but my journey so far with other businesses and offering complete transparency has proved to attract some incredible opportunities, advice, support, criticism and even friendship. Don’t limit your beliefs, open your mind.

Along the way I may give up a secret that is exploited by someone else and costs me a deal, but I truly believe my growth will be significantly accelerated and the opportunities created will outweigh those that are lost.

The highs, lows, numbers, failings and success stories are all coming your way. Be patient as I try my best to share on this page consistently, but the first few months will be slow going.

So what are the pictures? Well, they’re our initial targeted areas for ground up developments. Am I worried people will see this and up their efforts in the areas? Not at all. In fact if you do have anything that may not suit your typical strategy, or know of any potential opportunities I’d love to work together and will embrace joint venture opportunities.

I am following @tylernewman ‘s @propertyeducation.co.uk and their fantastic programme and initially being mentored by @corkerbrothers who are already a step ahead with an incredible development underway and a great pipeline. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and it’s relationships like these that make magic happen, you can’t do it alone.

A trained VA with proven results is on all the usual softwares for me this week full time, let’s see what potential opportunities warrant the first letters being sent when we go through her results on Friday.

Watch this space 👊🏼🙏🏼
