Double digits already?! Ten episodes and counting! Small but huge achievements are already flowing since starting my social media journey, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start all of this! It’s a massive adjustment, but being able to see results so early on is satisfying and reassuring. Good progress at the East Horsley project. Despite being knee-deep in mud and battling constant rain... Progress is great and spirits are high. I managed to get back Harry after taking a few months off to go travelling. A massive hire for us, someone who really gets the vision of Hardwood and what I’m trying to build. Our finance brokers gave the green light for 5 new work vehicles! Having a full warranty on the fleet will hopefully make for a smoother ride, and no more surprise garage bills. Speaking of garage bills… my Defender decided to throw a tantrum and break down. Again. In a much-needed catch-up, I zoomed with Mark Gregory to chat through dealing with work-life balance (or the lack of). Growing a business like ours without losing your mind requires a bit of wisdom. Rounding off the week, I went up to Jackson’s Fencing HQ for their approved installers conference. Diving into the nitty-gritty of what makes their fencing the best. Always learning, always growing.
