Thank you Bethany softball. 💜 These past 4 years of playing for bethany have been the best 4 years I could’ve ever imagined. To all of my coaches, Thank you for helping me become the player I am today and for helping me become a better person all around. Thank you to every single one of my teammates for sticking by my side throughout everything and always believing in me no matter what. Unfortunately, this didn’t end how any of us had hoped, but the memories will forever be unforgettable and the friendships I have made will be forever hold an extremely special place in my heart. To the underclassmen, keep working hard, supporting each other, and never doubt yourselves. Enjoy every moment you have because it ends way faster than you want it too. Keep your heads up, believe in yourself, and always remember that you’re more capable than you think. by @greywilliamson_

Staying inside the softball

This creates a shorter, more efficient swing and keeps the barrel through the zone longer for more consistent hard contact. Worked with @greywilliamson_ who has super quick hands, and sometimes gets a little overextended. Here’s a small correction we made to help her stay inside the ball better.

Don’t overload the backside

Getting stuck on the back foot. When too much weight stays back, it can cause late swings, poor barrel control, and a loss of power through contact.

Instead, focus on staying balanced and athletic with a 50/50 weight distribution. A balanced setup gives you the freedom to move efficiently, stay on time, and adjust to different pitch locations.
