🥎💜 FIRST TEAM ALL-DISTRICT — SENIOR YEAR! 💜🥎

I don’t think I could possibly be any prouder of this girl! Congratulations to my Grey girl being named to the 2026 First Team All-District Softball Team! 🏆👏

From T-ball to First Team All-District — what a way to finish your senior season! 💜

Grey, I hope you truly understand how big of an accomplishment this is. You earned this through years of dedication, and nobody can ever take that away. Coaching you and also sitting on the sidelines. And most recently sitting in the outfield because I can’t keep my mouth shut!!! 😂

Congratulations, sweet girl! You earned every bit of this recognition! 🥹💜🥎

Loading into the front side matters more than people realize.

When you get too heavy into the back foot, your swing can become dependent on creating launch angle or pulling the baseball. Instead of moving through the ball efficiently, you can get stuck trying to work uphill from the backside.

Being more counterbalanced into the front side allows you to control your movement, stay athletic, and transfer energy more efficiently. The goal isn’t just to be explosive — it’s to create controlled explosiveness that keeps you adjustable and powerful through the zone.

Better balance. Better movement. Better direction.

Want to improve your swing and become a more complete hitter? DM me “HITTING” to get started.
