**sorry this is a little long....

🔥 OFFICIALLY PART OF THE BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE CREW!

A year ago, my wife @leanneg42 and daughter @karakailarae convinced me to buy a Blackstone. My brother @brent_gaz and a good friend @willy10 already had their griddles and kept telling me it was something I needed to get into.
Well… they were right. 😂
Once I started cooking on it, I couldn’t stop. Then my daughter convinced me I should start filming my cooks and sharing them. I had never done anything like this before, but I figured I’d give it a shot and have some fun with it.
Somewhere along the way, the fun turned into an obsession. The obsession turned into a passion, and now cooking on the griddle has become a part of me.
The support from my family and friends has been incredible. And the Blackstone creators and community continue to inspire me every day to learn, experiment, improve and keep growing.
I honestly never thought this would be me… but here I am. ❤️
A huge THANK YOU to @blackstoneproducts and the entire Blackstone community for welcoming me into the Blackstone Griddle Crew family. I’m incredibly proud and honored to be a part of it.
And to all the members I’ve connected with over the past year — you’ve been amazing. The support, encouragement and camaraderie in this community are truly unmatched.
I’m looking forward to learning, cooking and growing alongside all of you.

Let’s fire it up! 🔥🍳🥩

Our new set up. Removed our hot tub, took the @blackstoneproducts griddle off the stand and dropped it into a @napoleonproducts cabinet. Ran the gas line, added counter tops and away we go. What's missing?

Make some @traderjoes orange #chicken and #rice with me, without the orange sauce. Replaced the orange sauce with @trybachans and some @naturoney honey. So good! @blackstoneproducts @blackstonerecipes @blackstoneproducts_canada #blackstone #food #sogood by @griddlingaz

Best way to start your day isn't #folgers in your cup, it's a #blackstone sizzling some bacon. #amiright @blackstoneproducts @blackstoneproducts_canada @blackstonerecipes @blackstoneproducts_canada_fr @mitchellsgourmet #bacon #breakfast by @griddlingaz
