THE GREASE TRAP MAFIA has entered the chat… 🥓🔥🔪

22 members. One obsession. And an unhealthy amount of grease. 😂

We might look like we’re up to something… but the truth is, we’re just a bunch of Griddle Crew members who share the same passion: cooking great food, firing up the griddle, and having a damn good time doing it.

Different states. Different backgrounds. Different styles. But when that Blackstone fires up, we speak the same language. 🤝🔥

The Grease Trap Mafia is all about the brotherhood, the laughs, the food, and the love for the griddle that brought us all together.

We’re proud to be part of the @blackstoneproducts Griddle Crew, and even prouder to call these guys our griddle family.

So yeah… it’s all fun and games. 😎
But when the grease starts flying…

You know who’s showing up. 🥓🔥

First go at the famous Philly cheese steak and boy did It NOT disappoint. Rookie mistake of running out of propane but it happened late enough it didn’t ruin dinner.
Wow these were incredible TBH!!
