 For an annual leadership meeting in Boston, GRIDSPACE powered the creative substance of the general sessions for a Fortune 100 tech company—expressing the Winning Mindset concept & visual identity as a unified experiential journey. From Boston-inspired narrative DNA to immersive 3D motion, every element was crafted to scale across multiple formats, including a 24-meter panoramic scenography, elevating the brand’s resonance with the executive audience.

As an Elite Track Team For an annual leadership meeting in Boston, GRIDSPACE powered the creative substance of the general sessions for a Fortune 100 tech company—expressing the Winning Mindset concept & visual identity as a unified experiential journey. The visual identity is shaped by a “Track” circuit line—referencing relay racing, where momentum depends on a precise handoff. This defined the Interlock concept: cross-departmental alignment as a catalyst for performance and collective success. A key directive was to express the brand’s DNA without relying on the logo, anchoring the “Winning Mindset” through a purely inspirational narrative. Produced by EGG. Gridspace team up with Egg to deliver a high-energy F1-inspired stunt for an immersive leadership meeting, in Rome. Building anticipation with a thrilling countdown at a race starting line to celebrate the partnership of two innovative, preeminent brands. Show director @veronique.dussault envisioned a captivating flag performance, brought to life with the expertise of Italian choreographers @antoniobaroneartist & @g_pera_. Modern aesthetic seamlessly harmonized with the brand identity, drawing inspiration from the Italian flag-waving tradition, Sbandieratori. This symbolic art form, representing unity and heritage, infused the event with a vibrant and impactful connection to Italy’s cultural roots. The motion design carried Gridspace’s + @Diagraf distinctive signature, inspired by the 80s Atari/Sega video games and the original Tron, striking with minimalist & impactful visuals.

Music by our trusty friends @HomyStudio added the final layer of energy to the experience.

Propelling Forward, Unified.
 For the leadership meeting of a Fortune 100 global tech company, GRIDSPACE delivered a complete design and creative production package in Rome. This post extended iterations of the visual identity we designed.

Guided by the Golden Ratio inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, the branding is a visual metaphor for a geometric language based on mathematical accuracy. The ratio, but also the matter — In ancient Rome, gold paint made from gold powder was used for various purposes, primarily to signify wealth, power, and the divine.

Truly excited to end 2024 on such a memorable peak! For the leadership meeting of a Fortune 100 global tech company, GRIDSPACE delivered a complete design and creative production package in Rome. Guided by the principles of the Golden Ratio, we crafted visual identity, scenography, motion content, video installations, and imagined performances that amplified the brand’s core identity. This post showcase Iconic Circles (substitute title) opening sequence of the conference, adapted to this format. The visual identity we developed for the event was guided by the Golden Ratio inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, a visual metaphor for a geometric language based on mathematical accuracy. The ratio, but also the matter — In ancient Rome, gold paint made from gold powder was used for various purposes, primarily to signify wealth, power, and the divine. « Divine »: on the music composed by @homy.studio he adopted a Dorian mode that repeats the first two chords from the sonic guide of the brand, creating an atmosphere of suspense and mystery to the motion picture. The arrangement is composed of orchestral instruments such as strings and brass. To add warmth and prestige, we incorporated human voices reminiscent of Gregorian chants, as a nod to ancient Rome.
