What a blessing to have 8pm changeovers into 6am wake-ups.
What a gift to have sand in my slides and thin skin on my hands.
What a treasure to have friends and times like this.

Seventeen months since my last real post. I’m not sure this is a recap as much as a re-emergence.

In the last year I’ve made drafts of experiences and happy events, but never convinced myself to share. I’ve held my moments close to my heart this year.

I want an honest story and 2024 was hard. Often lonely full of lessons, introspection, injuries, and conflict with my own disappointment. I found myself unsure of my path, who I was and who I wanted to be.

It wasn’t all down and out. I found new ways to relax and clear my head. I’ve built good habits and routine. I was blessed with connections and friends that will always be special memories. In the end I found a place to call home and made time to explore and space to expand.

So onto 2025 another year to grow, stronger, wiser, and into myself. No matter how hard it may be. taken in Denver, Colorado by @griffyclimbs

An incredible experience! Lots of learning, decision making, and a great time with a crew of absolutely talented grip-slingers!
