People are always asking us why our soups and pies are so incredibly delicious and flavourful. It’s because every single one of our meat based soups begins with a 24-48 hour bone broth simmer. Farm fresh bones, cartilage, tendons and other things that bring not only flavour but also collagen for healthy skin, hair, bones and joints and a nutrient density that you can not match with store bought processed food from big factories.

Live healthier, happier and longer with better choices around where you get and what’s in your food. It’s what we do. If you haven’t yet tried our soups and pies, come say hello.

This #Ostrich bone broth will be featured in soups and pies coming to a Farmer’s market near you. Supplies will be limited. Get some while you still can.

We can be found @soraurenmarket on Monday’s from 3pm to 7pm hosted inside the event space @hendersonbrewing on Sterling Road.

Saturdays you can find us from 9am to 1pm @evergreen_brick_works farmer’s market on Bayview Avenue just north of The #bloorviaduct taken in Dufferin Grove Park by @groundedpantry

It is a great privelege to be able to make art that not only surprises and delights a loyal fan base but also inspires people to live their best life through healthier choices around what they eat, where they get it and what’s in it.

Thank you for your support in 2025. I can’t wait to share with you what is in store for 2026.

While you run around like a chicken with your head cut off tomorrow, don’t forget to schedule a relaxing hour or two at the Evergreen Brickworks Farmer’s market. Way more fun than the mall, nicer gifts than the big box stores, and hey, a lot of great food to help you make the most of the culinary festivities over the week ahead.

Cold, cloudy days are good for heading out to the back yard smoker. Today it’s Someked Turkey, Tamworth Pork Hock and Shoulder. All destined for soup this weekend at the Evergreen Brickworks Farmer’s Market on Saturday. Come on down from 9am to 1pm to pick up some #Handcrafted #Aritisanal #Soup.
You can’t get it anywhere else.

A waltz of flavors, carefully simmered to perfection—each ingredient dancing its way to deliciousness. With Wicked hitting the Oscars buzz, maybe our veggies are off to defy gravity too?
