🍂🎃 It’s Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, and what’s cozier than a little hand-painted pumpkin cookie?! 🤎

We used AmeriColor’s Pumpkin, Chili Pepper, and Sepia to bring this adorable little pumpkin to life with warm, autumn-inspired tones and hand-painted details. 🍁✨

The perfect little cookie to celebrate the season and add a touch of cozy to your Thanksgiving table! 🧡

🍑✨ One Sweet Peach 🍑✨

The sweetest little birthday set for a ONE Sweet Peach celebration! 🤍

For this set, we kept the palette soft and muted with shades of peach, ivory, champagne, white and espresso. The combination created such a warm, elegant and timeless look—and I’m completely obsessed with how it all came together! 🥹🍑

A little appreciation post for the man behind the business. 🤍

We’ve been together for 15 years, and this is my second small business. He’s been there through the late nights, the struggles, the tears, the failures, the wins, and every crazy idea in between.

I may be the face of Grove Ave Cookie Co., but I’ve never built it alone.

Every decision, every expansion, every new idea — he’s there. Giving me advice, helping me problem-solve, encouraging me to keep going, and believing in me even when I don’t believe in myself.

He shows up. He supports me. He pushes me to grow. And he’s always in my corner. ❤️

As we get ready to step into another exciting chapter and expand Grove Ave Cookie Co., I’m so incredibly grateful to have him beside me.

I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together. 🥹❤️

What a weekend. 🥹🍪✨ @cookiefestcanada was truly everything I hoped it would be and more!

A HUGE thank you to @thecookiery, @_cookie_couture, @borderlandsbakery , @silentsweets.sugarcookies, @westrockcookieco, @sugarmama.yyc & @toadilybaked for the countless hours, love and dedication you pour into creating this incredible event. It takes so much behind the scenes to make Cookie Fest happen, and we appreciate every single bit of it. 🩷

We started the weekend with the most inspiring opening speech from Steph @littlerosecookieco, and I had the absolute honour of teaching my first ever Master Class along with 7 hands-on classes throughout the weekend! 🥹

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who chose to take one of my classes. Getting to share what I’ve learned over the years, teach you new skills, and watch you create your own cookies was such a joy. 🍪🎨

And of course… getting to spend the weekend with all of our long-distance cookie friends is something I look forward to every year. So many laughs, so many treats, and so many memories made with people who understand just how special this little cookie world of ours is. 🤍

This year was extra special because my husband came along and officially joined the @cookiefest crew! Having him there helping behind the scenes and getting to experience Cookie Fest with me made the weekend even more memorable. ❤️

We shopped ALL the incredible vendors, caught up with old friends, made new ones, learned, laughed, ate way too many treats 😂 and ended the weekend with an incredible closing speech from Renee @sweetcheeksbyrenee.

Cookie Fest leaves me feeling so incredibly joyful, inspired and fulfilled every single time.

I’m already counting down to next year… 🥹🍪

One of my FAVOURITE quick techniques! ✨

A simple wet-on-wet stripe pattern is such an easy way to add interest and dimension to the background of a cookie without a ton of extra work.

Quick ✔️
Low effort ✔️
BIG impact ✔️

Sometimes the simplest techniques make the prettiest cookies! 🍪✨

Sweet dreams, little bear 🧸☁️💤

A tiny teddy, all cozy and tucked in on his cloud pillow… because cookies can be cute AND dreamy. ✨🤍

I just love creating these little moments in cookie form! 🥹🍪

Lettering is all about consistency ✨

Smooth lines, even pressure, the right royal icing consistency — AND the right piping bag can make ALL the difference! 🍪🤍

For lettering, I love using the extra small tipless bags from @_cookie_couture. They give me the control I need for those tiny details and fine lettering! ✨

It takes practice, but once you get your icing and tools working together, lettering becomes SO much more fun! 🩷
