How do you fund an acquisition when your bank hits pause? Sub debt sits behind your senior lender.

The bank keeps its position, you sign an intercreditor, and the deal closes. Nobody has to blow up a banking relationship to get it done.

The Fed raised interest rates a quarter point. The first time in over three years.

This has been a wild market to say the least.

I’ve watched businesses miss out on opportunities because they hesitated.

A quarter point should never get between you and opportunity.

Don’t hesitate.

The fed meets today, and it blows my mind how many business owners are waiting on interest rates and reading the headlines right now.

Brasfort got turned down by an SBA lender over their margins. What that lender missed: they were scaling from residential into commercial, and that cash flow looks completely different. We got it. 10+ rounds of financing later, they're still growing.

Most businesses don't have a capital problem as much as a timing problem. Too early and it sits there costing you. Too late and you take a bad deal or lose the opportunity entirely. Know what you qualify for BEFORE you need it.
