Aliens, saving the world, and learning Spanish 👽 (Now this is a unique project!) Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to work with Mia, the creator of Now Fluent 🛸 A sci-fi mobile game where you play as X2.1, an alien tasked with the hard mission of saving Earth from the malicious villain Red Face. And along the way, you learn Spanish! Together with Mia, we rebranded Now Fluent and built a new website 🪐 It shows you what the game is about, introduces you to the story, and gives you a little taste with short gameplay videos. We also found it important to share how the learning method behind the game works and the game’s origin story, which is very personal to Mia ☺️ The result is a simple website with key pages that share everything we need to know about Now Fluent 👽 @nowfluent.spanish by @growingdesign3
“Can’t I just get a new website?!” I get it. I understand the question, but I’m sorry, no. Not really. 1️⃣ Without a strategy for your brand, we won’t know what to say on that new website, how to say it, why to say it, and when to say it. 2️⃣ If we don’t work on your brand identity design (your logo, colors, fonts, imagery, etc.) after the strategy, we won’t know what your new website should look like and how it should work. You can only jump straight away into the design and development of a new website if you already have these two things in place. A strategy for your brand. Your brand identity design. Otherwise, it’s like building a house roof first. It’s not impossible, but good fucking luck 😅 Websites are Phase 04 of our complete (and real) branding projects. DM me, and I’ll tell you more about them. ✏️ #WebsiteDesigns #WebsiteDesigners #WebsiteTips by @growingdesign3
What happens when a great product doesn’t have a strong brand to match? 🤔 Mia was already helping people learn Spanish through her game, Now Fluent + her content on Instagram when she reached out. (@nowfluent.spanish 20k+ followers!) But Now Fluent’s visual identity felt disconnected, and misaligned across Instagram, the app stores, and the website. Things felt a little bit all over the place. So, after a couple of brand strategy sessions, we took a step back and guided the brand and all of its touchpoints in the same direction. Inspired by her connection and trip to Wayna Picchu, a meaningful moment in her brand’s story and her belief that language learning happens one step at a time, we transformed the iconic mountain into a geometric logo that also resembles steps. From there, we explored a darker, space-adventure theme that connects with the game’s story, combining retro, low-poly visuals with custom blocky lettering and subtle 3D details. The result is a cohesive brand identity that reflects both the learning journey and the spirit of the game. From logos, colors, typography, icons and illustrations. To the social media content and website. Everything reflecting what the game is about, coherent every time and everywhere. Yolanda had been in business for a couple of years before she reached out. One thing was bothering her: Architect Code’s online presence wasn’t truly showing the value it delivers. The offer, process, and methodology weren’t clearly explained and the brand wasn’t reflecting the work’s high value. There was a disconnect between what Architect Code truly is and how it was perceived. We went through a complete, in-depth branding project to steer the Architect Code’s brand, the right way, in the right direction. — Phase 01: Brand strategy — Phase 02: Brand identity design — Phase 03: Social media — Phase 04: Website It’s not easy work, it’s not quick work… it’s what it takes. Yolanda now has touchpoints in place that make her stand out, match her personality and energy, and will help her grow the Architect Code brand and business. #brandingandmarketing #brandingdesign #branddesigner #websitedesigners by @growingdesign3
Bruno knew industrial automation could be done better. After a few years working in the field, he kept seeing the same problems. Quick fixes, poorly organized systems, and solutions that were not always built with the client’s real needs in mind. So he decided to quit his job and start @quorence.pt A brand and business built around honest engineering, clear processes, and reliable support. Because Bruno was starting from zero, we had to build every part of the brand from the ground up. There wasn’t even a name when he first reached out! We worked on everything. From the first step, the Brand DNA, to the visual identity, social media presence, and website, which reflect Bruno’s way of working. Not an agency, way more than consulting. In that in-between, sits Weaver+ the business Nancy is running. There were a lot of unanswered questions when we met. From how to clearly communicate the specific offer she’s built, to what actually name the business. Through our brand strategy process + in-depth Brand DNA exercises + and proper research, she launched Weaver+: A partner for companies who need senior thinking and hands-on execution for marketing initiatives and creative projects. BUT. Without the overhead of building everything in-house or defaulting to another agency. She helps teams figure out what can be managed internally, where extra support actually helps, and then weave it all together. The brand’s visual identity represents exactly that. It shows how Weaver+ connects everyone and everything: all the “we-s” and puzzle-like pieces involved in every client project. With an energetic personality embodied in strong typography and a vibrant color palette, we show action. We show ‘Doing!’. Because… Weaver+ gets things done, the right way. Strategic Clarity + Flexible Talent + Today’s Tech = End-to-end delivery. Say Hi! to Nancy ☺️ #Branding #BrandIdentityDesign #BrandDesign by @growingdesign3

This one was extra special because it came from close to home 🏠 🍐Fazenda Machado is a Portuguese syntropic and regenerative farm that produces healthy products using a unique ingredient from the western region (Zona Oeste): the Rocha Pear (Pêra Rocha). They have a wide range of products made with Pêra Rocha: Jams, juices, puree, and their star product — Pêra Rocha Tarts. 🧠 Concept We focused on the Portuguese western region, the concept of regeneration, and the Pêra Rocha as the starting point for the design direction. We brainstormed a few ideas: • Using a line pattern inspired by topographic maps to recreate the pear’s shape and volume. • Representing the ideas of cycles and regeneration, which are the brand’s unique selling points. • Exploring serif and organic-style typography. • A nature-inspired color palette, drawn from the tones found in Pêra Rocha skin. ✏️ Solution The logomark features a stylized Pêra Rocha. Its lower half is formed by two flowing, interlocking shapes as a visual nod to regenerative farming and nature’s inherent balance. As for the typography, some letterforms were modified to add an organic and earthy feel, reinforcing the connection to the land and nature. 🤩 Outcome Fazenda Machado now has a brand identity that’s true to its roots, helping it stand out not just in the farming world but also in the consumable goods space. Their products now feature thoughtful packaging design, from jam and juice labels to tart boxes. Beyond that, we created a wide range of brand assets ready to be used across social media, their website, and print. #BrandDesign #GrowingDesign #PackagingDesign #Branding #BrandIdenity by @growingdesign3
Well, this is a first 😎 The first client we met in an industrial niche that is on a serious mission to change how things are done. “Due to deep lack of appreciation for the lifting industry, and a heavy focus on production-only from those in it, most companies operate with unprofessional, unfit, and underpaid personnel. As a result, the current state of the lifting industry is unsafe and prone to health and safety risks.” North West Lifting Specialists are on a mission to change their industry, really. 🧠 Concept We need to show this mission North West is on. We need to show how different they are, how they’re providing their services differently, and why that makes them the best choice. Professionals in this industry are unfortunately used to poor, rushed services that often end up in risky situations. North West puts safety first with an experienced and efficient service suite. ✏️ Solution For the brand’s biggest identifier mark, the logo, we designed a shield with the business’s initials. A strong and robust shield to represent the non-negotiable commitment to safety and the top-tier specialists North West connects their clients with. This concept is also reflected in other key visual elements like photos, patterns, and of course the brand’s messaging, social media profiles, and content. 🤩 Outcome When we met, North West’s brand identity didn’t convey the message and the mission they’re on. Now, everything looks and feels cohesive, clearly communicates what they’re here to do, and catches the attention of those who want to join North West in this pursuit. ~ 🧑🏻‍💻 Complete branding project (brand strategy and visual identity) + touch points and brand assets development. by @growingdesign3
Today, we show you Canopie 🌳 an evidence-based app designed to improve maternal mental health. Canopie provides clinically effective, flexible care through short, personalized audio programs and exercices that offer a humanizing approach to maternal wellness. “Our goal is to create effective, compassionate care for new moms. This means rethinking prenatal and postpartum care to fully address mothers’ emotional health.” - Anne Wanlund 🧠 Concept The name “Canopie” is inspired by the idea of a “canopy” that provides warmth, strength, and resilience, creating a sense of protection and support as mothers grow through their journey. Anne already had the logo, so based on that aesthetic, we created a series of nature-inspired illustrations, emphasizing growth and transformation in a calm, nurturing environment – all of them are drawn from geometric shapes, giving us unlimited composition options. ✏️ Solution Natural elements like birds, flowers, and mountains were chosen to show freedom, lightness, and calmness, coming together like a peaceful landscape. We also included mama and baby characters with restful expressions to emphasize the desired mood and human connection. 🤩 Outcome When we met, Canopie’s visuals didn’t fully convey the message or energy it deserved. Lacking graphic cohesion, the visuals were clipart-based images without structure or visual thinking. Now, Canopie has a refined app interface featuring cohesive, on-brand illustrations that radiate the right energy. Each element is thoughtfully arranged, creating an enjoyable and intuitive user experience. #BrandDesign #Illustration #Illustrator by @growingdesign3
💋 Where to? The 32nd floor. View From 32 is an advisory firm focused on the beauty industry. It was founded by Gabriella, Cassie, and Lindsay, three women with a strong industry background from their time at Sephora’s headquarters in San Francisco. The name pays homage to the 32nd floor of the iconic retailer, where they met, and that gave the trio an unparalleled perspective of the industry. 🧠 concept roadmap While buildings are often associated with construction companies, real estate agencies, or architecture firms, we wanted to challenge that convention. How intriguing would it be to design a construction-inspired logo with a chic and feminine touch? Think of beauty + construction crossover. We tried, but didn’t love it, so we switched direction. (It happens sometimes 🙂) ✏️ solution After various drafts, we opted for a modern, feminine eye shape, which directly ties into the company name and aligns with desired look and feel. We combined it with a stylish and elegant custom typography, making the logo both visually impactful and memorable. 🤩 outcome View From 32 now has a cohesive and distinctive brand identity that perfectly reflects its core message and personality. The logo’s modern, feminine, and chic elements, along with the premium color palette, seamlessly embody the tailored, high-end experience the brand offers each client. ~ #brandidentitydesign #brandingdesign #logodesigners by @growingdesign3
Meet Eggshells ☺️ an online platform providing evidence-based mental health support outside of crisis situations. Unlike our approach to physical health, where we go to the gym and only see a doctor for emergencies, mental health often offers only one option: seeing a doctor. Eggshells aims to change that by offering a “gym for the mind” experience. 🧠 Concept The name “Eggshells” symbolizes breaking free from the constraints of walking on eggshells, encouraging open conversation about feelings while maintaining a lighthearted tone. The illustrations feature the cracked egg as the main element, accompanied by simple human figures in various positions and interactions. These illustrations aim to convey the concept of acknowledging our feelings, accepting our mental state, and working on our mental health. ✏️ Solution The human figures are depicted hugging the eggs, juggling them, climbing on them, jumping over them, and examining them. These actions symbolize the different ways we engage with our emotions and challenges. The size variations of the eggs, with some smaller than the human figures and others larger, represent the varying sizes and complexities of our personal issues. 🤩 Outcome By incorporating these brand elements throughout the communication mediums, they effectively communicate the vision of Eggshells. Overall, the brand identity and illustrations reinforce the message that it’s okay to show our vulnerabilities, and by doing so, anyone can actively improve their mental well-being. ~ “Usually people wait until they are ‘bad enough’ to get support but we believe that almost everyone could benefit from learning evidence based mental health techniques. What we’re doing as a brand is also really trying to normalize mental health challenges and tackle stigma. We know stigma is one of the reasons people don’t access support so it feels really important to do.” Ann Don Bosco – Founder #branddesign #illustration #brandingdesign by @growingdesign3
