We plant our sunflowers late in our growing season because we believe they are best appreciated among the other hues of autumn. Our sunflower collection changes slightly from year to year, but is always home to those with striking and unusual visuals and this year we feel like we have built our favourite collection yet! Golds, greens, peaches, whites, chocolates and don’t forget our earlier lemonades!! We are fortunate to still be watching these beauties bloom and they have a way of making us fall in love with autumn again and again.
We hope they brighten your day and dare you to dream differently this season 🍂

We are bringing the big beautiful blooms for one last market day - and we are going out with a flower filled bang.

Join us tomorrow from 9-2 at the Arnprior Farmer’s Market for the final market of the season. Grab some flowers, say hello and enjoy one more morning with the amazing vendors who have filled this market with so much local goodness all summer.

More importantly, thank you! To everyone who has supported us this summer - we genuinely appreciate you.

We are incredibly grateful to have spent the summer alongside so many other hardworking vendors, growers, makers and creators. Your support of the market and the people behind it is what keeps these communities going.

While Neive can’t come to market with us she is a big part of what we do and has been with us right from the start of our farming journey. As a Great grandmother she commands respect from the rest of the flock and when she says something we all listen.

This week Neive asks you all to come out to the Arnprior market, come to support all of the hard working vendors and get your fill of flowers.

Arnprior Market runs on Sunday from 9am-2pm and there is only two left this year!

First off, we had such a laugh-fest editing this post 😂 There are a few hiccups in this because Aaron got caught up in his excitement to share this with you this week!

We have such a wide variety of blooms at this point in the season that we just had to give you a sneak peek of some of the blooms that will be headed to market this Sunday with a behind the scenes look at what building a bouquet looks like on our farm.

This week belongs to the delphiniums.

Re-emerging after their first winter, our perennial delphiniums have come back bigger, stronger, and more beautiful than we could have hoped. This is only a small glimpse of what we’ve been harvesting and have yet to harvest.

With this abundance, we’ve been tucking these stunning spires into our bouquets and arrangements in preparation for this weekend. Find us at the Arnprior Market tomorrow to get yours and let us know your favourite colour or colours in our collection!

This week’s flowers are ready… the chicken is just here for moral support.

Fresh from the garden and dressed up for the weekend — this lush little arrangement is bringing all the cottage garden vibes: rich reds, soft blush, creamy blooms, and a little bit of wild magic.

(And before you ask… no, “Pearl” the fluffy chicken is NOT for sale. She’s just the unofficial bouquet supervisor. 😂)
