Comment “CLOSING” for Free 40 Minute Masterclass

I closed a 7 Lakh client last month, and I used this exact 5-step process on the sales call to do it.

Step 1: Body Language.

I kept a gentle smile on my face throughout the entire call.

Because I entered the meeting with the pure intention to help rather than just to sell, my confidence was naturally high.

Step 2: Understand Their Business.

I deeply analyzed their business problems and long-term goals.

This immediately showed the client that I was genuinely invested in their growth, not just my paycheck.

Step 3: Ask Good Questions.

I didn’t just point out their flaws, because that feels like forced convincing.

Instead, I asked strategic questions that made them realize and explain their own business problems to me.

Step 4: Set a Clear Timeline.

I gave them complete clarity by explaining exactly what I would execute on Day 1, and the exact result they would see by Day 30.

Step 5: The Bonus Lesson.

We actually didn’t end up working with this initial client because they didn’t align with our internal systems.

But right after, another 7 Lakh client arrived, and we are now using those exact same systems we prepared for them.

This is how Allah trains you through small experiences so you are completely ready for bigger opportunities.

If you want to learn how to confidently close 7 Lakh clients for your own freelancing business...

I have created a free 40-minute guide detailing this exact framework.

Comment “SELECTION” to get Free Community Link

I use a simple 3-step framework to successfully select and close high-paying clients.

Before you agree to work with someone, you must look at their business and ask these three specific questions:

1. What is the client actually selling?
Are they solving a real problem that people genuinely want to be solved? If they are, they are a strong client. If they are selling a product that nobody needs, they are not a good fit for you.

2. Who are they selling to?
Are they selling to wealthy individuals, or are they trying to sell to people who do not have the money to buy their product? If your client cannot attract high-quality customers, they are not running a successful business, and they will struggle to pay you.

3. How much are they selling it for?
Are they charging $50 or $5,000 for their product? You must ensure your client has good profit margins. If you do great marketing and bring them sales, but their profit margins are poor, they still won’t be able to pay you.

By analyzing these three areas, I ensure I only partner with businesses that have the financial capacity to pay high-ticket rates.

Comment “PILLAR” to get full YouTube video link

If you want to build a sustainable freelance business, you must avoid offering one-time services.

For example, if you sell website development, you are providing a one-time deliverable. Once you build a website for a client, they are not going to come back and ask you to build another one right after.

Because of this, it is not a recommended service. It forces you into an endless cycle of constantly searching for new clients just to keep your business alive.

To scale successfully and reduce your workload, you need to choose a **recurring skill**.

You must offer a service that makes the exact same clients come back to you month after month. This way, you don’t have to waste all your time and energy constantly hunting for new leads.

Comment "SKILL" to get free community link

I do not know how to professionally edit videos. I only know how to use CapCut and the absolute basics of After Effects. I have never edited a full video on Premiere Pro, and I have never even opened DaVinci Resolve.

Despite this, I still consistently get video editing clients because I outsource the actual work.

To start your freelance journey, you do not need to master a technical skill first.

### **Why Mastering a Skill Isn't Enough**

* The market is already completely flooded with video editors, Meta Ads experts, and email marketers.
* While everyone has a technical skill, there is a massive shortage of people who actually have clients.
* If you master sales and client acquisition, you can successfully sell Meta Ads, web design, email marketing, or video editing.

### **The Agency Model Strategy**

* Learn the basic fundamentals of a skill instead of trying to master it.
* Focus your time and energy on closing clients through sales.
* Outsource the execution to skilled freelancers and keep your own cut of the profit.

Sales is not something you can learn just by watching a simple course; you have to be highly practical. The sooner you start taking practical action, the sooner you will start seeing real results.

Ordinary freelancers will just grab onto video editing and keep doing the exact same thing over and over again.

They won’t package their services, they won’t test new strategies, and ultimately, they completely miss the client’s true needs. The client actually needs help with marketing, but you are just giving them basic video editing.

This is the exact difference between a regular freelancer and an agency owner.

The Problem with Selling Basic Services
Easily Replaceable: The biggest issue with only offering simple video editing is that the moment a client realizes another freelancer can do the exact same job for $5, $10, or $20 cheaper, they will immediately leave you for them.

Zero Differentiation: Because you aren’t solving a bigger business problem, there is absolutely no difference between you and the cheaper alternative in the eyes of the client.

Organic content is currently the most powerful tool for marketing. Why? Because it brings incredible results without requiring your client to spend a single dollar on ad costs.

However, to successfully offer this as a high-ticket service, you must understand the 4 core components of organic content:

Pre-Production (Research, Ideation & Scripting): This is where you research competitors, build content pillars, design your client’s ideal customer profile, find winning ideas, and write engaging scripts. (For more details on defining avatars, you can reference the file named “Components of ICA - Audio.MP3”).

Recording: This is the absolute most crucial part of any video. If the on-camera delivery is poor, the video will not perform well, no matter what.

Video Editing: Taking the raw recorded footage and editing it to perfection based on the client’s specific style and needs.

Social Media Management (SMM): Managing the account and engaging with the audience. But remember—if the actual video content is bad, no amount of SMM will magically grow the account.

Email marketing is a highly effective skill to offer as a freelancer, but it comes with one major catch that you need to be aware of.

When you offer this service, your client has to bear two separate costs:
First, they must pay for the email marketing software and the setup costs required to send bulk emails.
Second, they have to pay your fee for writing and managing the campaigns.

Despite this double cost, email marketing is still an incredible way to generate results. It is one of the best methods for nurturing leads and smoothly guiding prospects down a sales funnel. If you can do it well, it is a highly valuable service that you should genuinely consider offering.

Meta Ads is a great skill, but it comes with one major problem: it forces your client to bear two separate costs. First, they have to pay for the ad spend itself, and second, they have to pay your fee for managing those ads.

If you don’t choose the right skill from the start, you will end up doing blind outreach. You’ll be left wondering where the clients are, why your messages are being ignored, why calls aren’t getting booked, and why you aren’t generating any revenue.

When this happens, you might start blaming the wrong things. You’ll think your offer is bad, your outreach team is underperforming, or your DM scripts are flawed.

But in reality, the root of the problem often lies entirely in your skill selection.

You can easily select skills that are in high demand in the US market by using a simple 2-step framework.

To start, you must understand that every business relies on three main pillars to operate:

Product: This involves helping a business build their product. However, millions of businesses already have products but struggle with sales, so it is much better to help them bring in customers rather than building more products.

Operations: This covers the day-to-day tasks required to run a business, similar to how logistics companies like Leopards or TCS handle deliveries for e-commerce brands.

Marketing: This is where you help clients acquire customers, making it a highly profitable area for selling services to US clients.

If you focus on the Marketing pillar, here are the top 4 channels currently used to get results:

SEO and AEO

Meta Ads

Email Marketing

Organic Content

Comment “RISK” to get full video link for FREE

If you don’t use risk reversals, your client will feel like they are in a lose-lose situation.
To overcome this fear, smart freelancers minimize the risk.

Here are 2 advanced risk reversals you can use:

1. Profit Share
In this model, you work based on a percentage.
You tell the client that you will help them make money through content, and then you split the revenue 50/50, or according to whatever deal you make.

2. Free Trial
A free trial is mostly used for deliverable-based offers.
You offer to complete a task, such as editing a video, to convince the client that you are a good fit.

Once they are convinced by the trial, you can then start working together and even move on to other risk reversal models.

This is a great first step, especially when you are just starting out.

If you want to completely eliminate hesitation and put your clients in a perfect win-win situation, you need to use risk reversals.

One of the most powerful strategies you can offer is the Unconditional Refund.

This is exactly what it sounds like: you offer a refund with zero conditions. If the client wants their money back, you return it immediately with absolutely no questions asked.

However, you must be very strategic about when you offer this.

When NOT to use an Unconditional Refund:
Never use this for high-ticket services. If a client requests a refund on a massive, time-consuming project, it could completely wipe out your revenue for the month. You could end up unable to pay your team’s salaries or even cover your basic software costs.

When TO use an Unconditional Refund:

This strategy is highly effective for low-ticket products that you sell at a large volume.

For example, if you sell a $10 product to 500 people, you generate $5,000. If 4 or 5 people ask for a refund, you only lose $40 to $50. The risk is completely minimal compared to the massive volume of sales you secured by offering that strong guarantee.

If you are not using risk reversals, you are failing to eliminate the client’s fear of working with you.

Without them, the client feels like they are stuck in a lose-lose situation where they won’t see much benefit from the deal.

To minimize this fear and protect the client, we use **Risk Reversals**.

Here is one highly effective method you can use:

Pay on Results

Instead of charging a flat rate for your time, you charge a set fee per result.

For example, you can tell a client: *”I will book 5 calls for you, and I will charge $100 for every single call booked.”*

When you provide these kinds of performance guarantees, you finally crack the code to high-ticket pricing.

However, there is a catch: **you must actually be able to deliver those results.**

If you fail to deliver the promised results, you will just be working for free and won’t make any money.
