Most of a houseplant’s world is hidden below the soil line. Around every active root, bacteria and fungi form a living network shaped by the plant itself. Swipe beneath the surface.

Roots don’t simply sit in soil—they shape the space around them. Sugars, organic acids and amino compounds released as root exudates create the rhizosphere: the biologically active zone where roots and microbes meet.

Meet four rhizobacteria in the Noot formula: 🦠 Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterium at 200,000 CFU/mL each, plus Pseudomonas fluorescens and Azospirillum brasilense at 20,000 CFU/mL each.

Save my pterodactyl!!

I noticed my variegated pterodactyl had started melting so I decided to investigate. The roots look happy and healthy so I switched out the substrate to @growwithnoot and gave it a big drink.

It’s living in my @ikeausa greenhouse cabinet where it has 80+ humidity, is there anything else you think I should do? Is this just part of the acclimation process? Will it survive (please say yes because I love it so much)???
