Head up. Look up.🌿☀️

There’s something beautiful about being outside, moving your body, connecting with community, and sharing space with people who understand the power of wellness.

I’m grateful to have been part of the 5th Annual Cincinnati Yoga Day alongside so many dope Cincinnati yoga instructors and sound bath facilitators. 🧘🏾‍♀️🫶🏾

During my portion, I shared an affirmation that I meant with my whole heart:

“You are bigger than your circumstance.”

And sometimes we need that reminder. I know I did!

Whatever you’re facing. Whatever you’re walking through. Whatever storm you’re standing in...

Be great anyway. Keep your head up. Look up. Keep going. 💫
