From shadowing me on your first day at WCA, to countless workouts and practices, to standing by my side when we quit football, to the endless Xbox Live parties and hangouts, to the music festivals, to the endless support, you were an amazing friend. And an amazing person. And it hurts me so much that you couldn’t see that. I miss you so much Oos. I don’t have many proper words right now, so I’m just gonna leave it at that. Open up some mosh pits for me while you’re up there. We’ll be able to rage to so much new music when we meet again. I love you so much brother. by @gstepanek

Europe Trip 2/3: Switzerland🇨🇭

Switzerland is a gateway drug. Absolutely breath taking. I’m in love with it and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Every time I think of it or see a Reel from it, I get antsy that I’m not there. I need to go back ASAP. To think that places like this exist in the world is truly insane. I loved every single second of this segment of the trip.

First half-marathon! What a blessing it is to wake up early, run with friends, and have loved ones who support you

And to think this was done with so-so training. Really excited for what the future holds

I’m excited to be accepted into @goodwillintl Senior Leader Program!

Through this five month cohort-based program, I’ll have the opportunity to expand my Goodwill network and enhance my organizational and teamwork skills, helping me handle challenges associated with moving up into new and increasingly complex leadership roles - all while tying in the Goodwill mission of transforming lives in our various communities.

I’m truly excited for this opportunity to represent @goodwillacadiana and am so thankful to @deboustany for his support in this effort.

My 2025 can be summed up in one word: Transformation.

I shaved my head - overcoming my biggest insecurity and gaining unexpected confidence and peace.

I moved in with my girlfriend - growing closer with the most important person in my life and enjoying the small “turning the light off at night” type moments.

I started running - going faster and farther than I ever imagined and gaining a community of supportive, empowering individuals.

I attained new leadership positions - stretching my skills and providing me with unique opportunities to grow and lead.

I capitalized on opportunities - launching my Step Up newsletter, building relationships with new mentors, starting Executive Coaching, achieving my PCM certification, and more.

I received life-changing honors like 20 Under 40 and Leadership Lafayette - connecting me with phenomenal human beings and adding to my stack of undeniable proof that I am who I say I am.

2025 truly transformed me.
I lived.
I helped others.
I made my life and the life of those around me better.

2026 will be a year of leverage. I’m doubling down - on everything.

Leading. Learning. Loving.

I’m excited for everything to come, and I’m thankful for everyone in my corner.

First 5K in the bag!!

I’ve never been a runner. I was an offensive lineman in high school for crying out loud. I never ran longer than a mile before (and a walk/run at that).

Today, I tied my 1 mile PR, PR’d in the 2 mile and 5k (technically 3.08 mi, but I’m counting it!), and ran the full distance nonstop for the first time!

Never set limits on yourself or say “I’m not a _____.” Consistency is the game, and each action builds confidence and casts a vote for the person you want to be.

I only started running with @bishopbreaux less than two months ago, and now we’re here, both PR’ing on the same day - and you can be too. Plus, it’s always more fun to make progress with others.

Shoutout to @ashleylevesque_ for waking up early to support me! I appreciate you more than you know!

The last picture is my first run on August 18th and my 5k run today. I’m so proud of the progress.

I’m just grateful. So grateful.

I started running w @bishopbreaux 4 weeks ago, and we’ve joined @tourdelafayette and running with them and our Gen Z Mastermind, and I’m truly seeing a ton of progress. The goal: 1% better every day. The system: build community and accountability - and have fun

Fainted from vasovagal, but no better place to pass out than at Oschner into the CEO’s arms haha

Spending quality time with my @ulsigmachi brothers, and I’m forever grateful for all of them. Lifelong and always proud

Took a trip to Brookhaven w Ash and the fam, been frequenting @lafarmersmarket & @moncuspark, and overall making memories and progress
