The original job was $500, but we went above and beyond. In the video, you can hear me locking in the play, asking him if he’s free at 6:00 or 7:00 to get it done.

We pulled the water heater out of the basement, hauled away a moped he wanted off the property, and while we were discussing the details, we even flipped that water heater for an additional $60 in scrap metal. That’s how you turn a $500 day into $600 real quick and maximize every single play on a job site. 💰🔥

Seeds planted yesterday are paying off today. 📈🚛
A while back, I met someone on a GTOH material delivery job and passed them my number. Fast forward to this week…that random networking call comes in.

Me and my best guy pulled up, worked smarter, and cleared out roughly 300 lbs of construction debris and cardboard in record time. Scaling up to a two-man crew means better speed, premium service, and maximum efficiency. Plus, while we were on-site, we already locked in the upsell for our other services. 💼🛠️

I’m going to be 100% real with y’all—this DC walkthrough had me stressed. We do walkthroughs so we are prepared for as much as possible when it’s game day! I love the hustle, and I love the challenge, but I DO NOT love heights. 🧗🏾‍♂️🚫😂

Between the shaky, sketchy stairs, the barbed wire, and the sheer amount of junk waiting for us below, the “entrepreneurial spirit” was definitely tested on this one. If you hear a few choice words, just know that’s the sound of me facing my fears to get the job done! 😅

It’s not always pretty, it’s not always quiet, but it always gets finished.

To kick off today’s drop for Get This Outta Here (GTOH), I’m highlighting a partnership that has been a cornerstone of our growth. This contractor has kept us busy all year—from digging projects and removing fence posts to delivering gravel. Why do they keep calling? Because we respect the timeline and we respect the hustle.
