From an outlet to a passion.
Running started as a way to clear my head and somehow it brought me all the way to my first major marathon in @sydney_marathon .

Your race day fuelling guide 🏃‍♂️🇦🇺 Sydney Marathon 2026 edition

Save this for race day: 🥤 20 min before start: top up carbs + electrolytes 💧 Aid stations every 5km (water + electrolytes) ⛽ GU gels available at 20km & 30km 🎯 Refuel every 30-40 min, aim for 60-90g carbs/hr (~2-3 gels/hr) 🌳 Don’t skip fuel through Centennial Park, especially if it heats up 🍶 Recovery: carbs + protein + fluids (YoPRO, Carman’s, non-alc sports beer)
⚠️ Always trial your fuelling strategy in training before race day!
