Absolutely love this real and had to re-share it!
Thank you @anaflores_me for putting this beautiful reel together and showcasing my candles. ❤️

I started @guidedflameco on a deep self-help journey that led me down a path to be able to hold space and be helpful to others. Guided Flame is about being in ritual, in practice and going inward.

Always grateful that my candles can have impact and show up for people when they need it most. ❤️

New addition to my altar. 🪔

Using coconut wax makes it extremely easy to clean out these Heart Quartz vessels. I’ve been putting jewelry in them afterwards. So many different ways that you can use these beautiful stones afterwards.

Healing starts with forgiveness.

Making this candle was extremely healing and releasing for myself. This candle symbolized forgiving myself for the past, and allowing myself to move forward without any grudges or hurt towards anyone in my life.

Forgiving is one of the hardest acts.

“We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid
of the power to love.” Martin Luther King Jr.
