The category is YOU ✨✨✨ We’re claiming it now: 2024 is the year of the regulated nervous system. The calm human. The year of the ritual. We’ve put together a list of our favorite ritualistic things from women owned brands that we just KNOW will come in handy as you lean deeper into your personal practice of self reliant peace. From @chaninicholas’ Year Ahead Guidebook (our founder swears by this astrological playbook) to @helixhairlabs’ brand new curl definer (hello hair rituals!) to @despierta.one’s Oneirogenic super powders for both day and night and of course our More Rest bundle with Sleep Ritual and our limited edition Turkish Cotton robe. This list is giving UNBOTHERED 😌 What are some of your must haves for a rested and regulated 2024? And don’t forget to take advantage of 25% off the site with code MORE HARMONY - only 3 days left! #2024 #MoreRest #calmgirl #nervousystem #relax #ritual

“Our healing is not just for us, it’s also for the collective healing of the world.” @lalahdelia When I am not healing and doing the work, I can’t be of service. When I am not looking deeper I can’t see. When I am not moving forward with forgiveness and compassion I am numbed. The healing process and journey never ends, it’s just ever evolving. #healing #healingjourney #healingforthecollective #heal #dothework #bethechange #bethechangeyouwanttosee #growth

During the pandemic, I began a Ritual Candle line called @guidedflameco My intention was to use this brand to share mantras and affirmations from my own experiences, in hopes of helping others on their own healing journeys. But then universe had a different plan. It’s funny how that happens. You think that you’re at the end of some spiritual awakening only to realize, you ain’t there yet little grasshopper you’re just at the beginning. A lot of work has gone into my personal life. And through that work the Into The Shadows Collection was born @guidedflameco . Into The Shadow Collection holds a special place in my heart, as it reflects the challenges and growth I have experienced in recent years. From facing my ego, to dealing with depression and trauma, I have truly immersed myself in the work. Into The Shadow Collection, a compilation of my innermost thoughts and reflections. It serves as a reminder of the importance of inner work, and I hope it can be a source of healing and empowerment for those who resonate with it.❤️ #guidedflameco #healingjourney #shadowwork #spiritualhealing #takestime #compassion #handmade #smallbusinessowner #shopsmallthisholidayseason #shoplocal #supportlocal #latinaownedbusiness #latinaentrepreneur #wocownedbusiness
