Gypsy Amazon Vibes - CHAOTIC or ALIVE? ✨

Si tiemblan o arden, no empujes.

A mi confianza. 🤍

I always start my practice with a couple of minutes of spinal twisting qi gong, and I truly feel the difference in my energy afterwards.

When we sit all day, the body gets stuck and so do the emotions.

A gentle spinal twist helps you let go of what you've been carrying and brings yin and yang back into balance.

You might feel calmer, lighter, more like yourself. 🌀

Can't switch off? Your nervous system needs this 👇

In Chinese medicine, anxiety is seen as too much heat in the heart. Think of it like a fire that needs water to calm it down. Stress and overthinking keep that fire burning.

This is the sequence I use to cool it down:

1) Knee drops and hip circles to loosen up and let go of tension.

2) Butterfly to feel grounded and heavy.

3) Sphinx and seal to soften the belly, where we hold a lot of worry.

4) Child's pose with a twist to rest and release the shoulders.

5) Supported bridge with arms overhead to open the chest and heart.

6) Savasana to let everything settle.

Stay in each pose for a few minutes and breathe out longer than you breathe in.

Save this video to practice later 🤍

Wanna know my secret? Here you are.

When you realize shaking your body can release anger and frustration.

When anger, frustration or impatience show up, I shake.

In Chinese medicine, anger belongs to the Wood element, the Liver and the Gallbladder. When Wood is stuck, you feel irritable, tense and impatient. ✨

Shaking helps the energy move. Then stillness helps your body absorb the calm. Yang first, then Yin.

Anger is not bad. It is energy asking to move.

Try it today. Then tell me in the comments: what emotion did you feel after?

Do you want to dive deeper into TCM, Yin Yoga and Somatic Movement? Send me a DM and I will send you all the info for my Yin Yoga & 5 Elements YTT online.
