My Why: I want fewer people to feel alone, hopeless and trapped.

Life is hard as it is, not liking yourself at the same time makes it harder.

If you are struggling, it does get better, you just have to put all you have into it. Every resource, time, money and energy into trying to get out of the hole you are in, and towards the life you want. by @hackthebodyhackthemind

Some recent YT ramblings…

I’m having a lot of fun on the livestreams recently and enjoying making this a weekly show.

The livestreams allow me to react to videos and answer some questions while I create more educational videos in the background. I like my longer educational videos to be thought out and highly applicable.

If there are any questions you have, let me know... if you want something to listen to on your drive home, see you at 5pm every Wednesday.

I like having concepts to explain ideas because the more concepts I have, the better I can understand myself and therefore the world.

I bang on about self awareness a lot and I didn't realise that my constant focus on the negative was bleeding into every area of my life.

I think by focussing on where I can improve, I can constantly move forward and get better and therefore not being good enough seemed like it was a stop rather than a stay. The feeling of not being good enough is actually something I can change if I know the areas that I can improve.

Discrediting myself and my achievements made me way less confident, made me feel less and less capable, and made the future look bleak. It looked like a road of failures.

Do The Work - Both mentally and physically. It's never done; the learning is constant; become as self-aware as you can. by @hackthebodyhackthemind

I just don’t like it.

You can use A.I. to create you a nutrition plan, a training plan, i mean it can even be your girlfriend, but it’s a not a coach.

I know this is taking your normal responses and generating them based on what you say, but it makes something personal feel clinical.

Choose a coach for the knowledge and the vibes, but as coaches just hold yourself to a high standard and take 30s of your day to actually reply to your clients by @hackthebodyhackthemind

This was what I did during peak week for the bodybuilding competition.

I got asked the other day if i'd do it with a coach; for me the answer is no and the main reason is that self-coaching allows me to learn on the job. I get to try things and understand the response first-hand. I think as a coach, you are your first client. It's not that I can't see the value in coaching, I had posing coaching, in person coaching, business coaching, life coaching, counselling and therapy, i've also paid for hours of peoples time to solve specific problems, but part of everything I have done in my own journey is to help me become a better coach.

I'm looking forward to trying to improve this next time.

This isn't me telling you what to do, it's telling you what i did, but if it helps, then great! by @hackthebodyhackthemind

What it's like working with ya boi...

Weekly check-ins, check-in forms, hour long video calls... they all have their time and place. If you're an athlete and you want to step on stage or you have a burning desire to be great at something, you best be ready to commit fully to the process... If you're busy and just want structured training, someone who cares and to keep you accountable, you don't need all of that.

The last thing you need is another thing to do when your are already juggling work, school drop offs, and bath time.

Now depending on your goal and what you want will depend on what service and check-in process is right for you.

If you want to lose weight, build muscle, get a better 10km time then join the team.

If you want someone who takes things off your plate rather than giving you more things to do... fill out the form in my bio by @hackthebodyhackthemind
