Tonight I reflected while taking a @kirramichel class (@onepeloton) I’ve had a regular yoga practice for more than 12 years- it’s looked different, sometimes I’ve lead the practice, sometimes I’m guided through it, but it’s always been there when I’m GOING through it. Injured, pregnant, postpartum, sad, happy, the works— the ritual of yoga is to return to the practice again and again and again and find what you need.

Tonight Kirra said “as we step into our spring as we step into our self expansion do it slowly and gently.” I hope you take time to come back to your sacred places, your sacred rituals and you arrive with ease. If you haven’t started yet, it’s always a good time to begin again. by @haileyjallen

Hey gang this weekend marks two years (!!!!) alcohol-free and I’m so thankful for the family and friends in my corner and the bartenders across the world for spinning up yummy mocktails and N/A options. Meditation, medication, movement, therapy (along with long yap sessions with YOU, likely) have brought me back in my body and made anxiety management more tolerable. If you’re having a tough time reach out, I’ve got you.

Little milestone alert- I stopped drinking one year ago and it feels amazing for my body and mental health. Sobriety, therapy, SSRIs snd MOVEMENT keep me grounded and able to breathe a little deeper managing my elevated breast cancer risk and screenings. Enjoy the highlights and a lot of millennial ✌🏻.
