August slipped away // August 2.0

Sabrina Carpenter album release party ▪️drove a sprinter van across 3/5 boroughs ▪️first Mets game with @_mike_v_ & @briancbrown ▪️waited in line for a cool 7 hours to see Twelfth Night (worth it) ▪️double dipped the US open - highlights were seeing Naomi Oksaka on a practice court up close, stadium for Alcaraz & Venus, the small stadium for Tiafoe and all those Honey Dueces ▪️so many pool days, run clubs, Sunday runs with Mike and was in my lifting bag this month (gotta get back on that) ▪️cutie dinners with my pals from out of town ▪️Why Bonnie benefit concert where they premiered new music - spoiler; it’s really good ▪️and a couple of my favorite Leo birthdays where I managed to miss taking a pic with either birthday girl. 🫠

Baby Harper Jane Allen was born into the world on Dec 26th at 4:57pm. 3 weeks early but she’s a hefty little girl at 7 pounds/11 ounces. I’m already smitten by her.

It’s not my birthday… but it is my half-birthday 😉 Exactly six months ago, this incredible @studiothree community surprised me in the most special way…balloons, personalized inspo cards, cake, cookies, and most importantly… connection.

So it’s no accident that a series rooted in connection and community begins tonight. The timing, the energy, the date on the calendar…it all just feels right.

I believe community is built through honest hearts and real moments! Here we go…Beyond the Mat begins tonight, 10/6.

Where movement meets meaning… and the real work begins.
