A little thank you to the people who made this experience so incredibly special. 🤍

Thank you to my mom for being so proud and happy to see me accomplish something you know i wanted so badly. And to my siblings for coming down to watch me, caring so much throughout my prep, and cheering me on through every challenge. Having you there meant more than you know.

To my sissy @hairb_ypriscilla_ (and Billy), for being my #1 on show day, coming down, and absolutely KILLING my hair. I couldn’t have felt more confident up there. 🤍

To @lv.fit.x , thank you for being such a constant for me through this prep. For answering every stupid question, pushing me through lifts, believing in me, and teaching me SO much. I’m so grateful I had you in my corner.

To my fiancé, my absolute rock. Thank you for talking me through every hard day, never letting me give up, cheering me on, and making me sweet potatoes basically every day without ever complaining 😂. I genuinely could not have done this without you. @kestinyork @yorkvisionmedia

A weekend to be proud of for Team BBB 🏆

Huge congratulations to Emma and Hails for everything they accomplished on stage this weekend

Emma took home 1st Place Open Bikini D + Bikini Overall Champion 🏆

Hails took home 2nd Place Junior Fitmodel in her first ever show 🥈

As coaches see the work that happens when nobody is watching

The early mornings, meals packed, training sessions, posing practice, sacrifices, tears, and hard days but overall the the decision to keep showing up anyway

The wins are the bonus
Watching our athletes become a completely different version of themselves, someone who is confident and capable throughout the process is the part we’re most proud of

To know me is to know that I’ve always been the shyest, most reserved person. I’ve spent so much of my life hiding, doubting myself, and wondering if I was ever enough. So yesterday was never just about stepping on a stage. It was about finally letting myself be seen.

I walked onto that stage carrying every insecurity, every hard day, every tear, and every moment I questioned whether I could do this. Then the lights came on, the music started, and somehow all of it disappeared. For those few minutes, I wasn’t worried about how I looked or what anyone thought of me. I felt confident. I felt proud. I felt free. I owned that stage like it was my own.

The outcome wasn’t what I really wanted, and I’d be lying if I said that didn’t hurt. But when I look at the girl who started this journey, I know she would be so proud of the girl who stood on that stage yesterday. She kept going, even when she doubted herself.

It’s crazy how quickly it all went by. All the cardio, the tears, the sacrifices, and all the moments I wondered if it would ever be worth it somehow became a few minutes on that stage.

And then I looked into the crowd and saw my people. 🥹 The people who saw the tears, the doubt, the exhaustion, and every moment I wanted to quit. The people who believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Seeing them there, watching me do something that once felt so far outside of who I was, meant more than any trophy ever could.

Yesterday, I proved something to myself that I needed to hear for a very long time.

And a huge thank you to my coach @bailbrownfit for seeing something in me that I couldn’t always see in myself. For showing up yesterday and cheering so loud.🤍

I didn’t leave with the outcome I dreamed of, but I left with something I’ll carry forever. I found a version of myself I’ve been trying to find for a very long time.

And I’m never letting her hide again.

A bittersweet 9 days out 🗓️❤️‍🔥

As much as I can’t wait to be done, I’m sad it’s almost over. This has been the hardest, most challenging, yet most incredible thing I’ve ever done.

I do wish I captured more of the process. There have been so many little moments that have made this journey what it is, and I wish I had more memories to look back on. I’m making sure I soak in, enjoy, and document these final 9 days because this experience is something I’ll never forget. 🤍

No matter what happens on show day, I’m already so proud of myself for getting here and for refusing to quit when things got hard. This journey has taught me so much about myself and showed me what I’m truly capable of.

I still have moments of doubt, but I’m choosing to focus on how far I’ve come, not how far I have left to go. I’m proud of myself, I trust my journey and my amazing coach @bailbrownfit , and I can’t wait to experience this moment.
