A weekend to be proud of for Team BBB 🏆 Huge congratulations to Emma and Hails for everything they accomplished on stage this weekend Emma took home 1st Place Open Bikini D + Bikini Overall Champion 🏆 Hails took home 2nd Place Junior Fitmodel in her first ever show 🥈 As coaches see the work that happens when nobody is watching The early mornings, meals packed, training sessions, posing practice, sacrifices, tears, and hard days but overall the the decision to keep showing up anyway The wins are the bonus Watching our athletes become a completely different version of themselves, someone who is confident and capable throughout the process is the part we’re most proud of Emma and Hails, you represented Team BBB incredibly well this weekend Two athletes. Two incredible performances. One very proud coaching team. Congratulations ladies 🏆

It’s never been about a physique It’s been about changing women from their hardest places, to the woman they want to be Six weeks from today, @hailsfitfiles will step on stage for her very first Fit Model show. But the stage was never the goal in the beginning She came to me as a lifestyle client She simply wanted to feel better To build confidence To become stronger To prove to herself that she could become who she wants to be And she did exactly that She trusted the process She embraced the uncomfortable She transformed, not just physically, but mentally Then one day she asked me a question “What would you think about me doing a show?” The funny part is… I had been thinking it for a while Because sometimes your coach sees something in you long before you’re ready to see it yourself Not just the physique The drive The resilience The willingness to keep going when nobody is watching That’s what creates an athlete Now here we are.. Six weeks out from her Fit Model debut, watching someone who never imagined herself on a bodybuilding stage become the woman she once thought only existed in her head This is why I love what I do Because coaching isn’t about creating competitors It’s about helping women become the version of themselves they never believed was possible COMMENT ❤️ if you AGREE!⬇️
