WHO IS 17.5 FREQUENCY?

Rahul Singh Chouhan, aka RSC and Double Exposure, is a multi-talented artist who began his creative journey as a photographer in 2014. After shooting over 500 local and international DJs, his lifelong love for music led him to pursue DJing in 2021. His sound spans Melodic House, Techno, Afro House, Indie Dance, Nu Disco, Progressive, Hypnotic and Psy.

WHO IS BAN?

Goa-based Anirban Halder, aka BAN, is a DJ, guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, live looper and frontman. With 20 years of experience, 3,000+ shows and performances across India, Goa, Ibiza, Thailand, Maldives, Mauritius and Sri Lanka, he moves effortlessly between house DJ sets and hybrid performances featuring guitar, vocals and live looping. He also fronts Goa hard rock band Electric Pulse, formed in 2012, with 600+ shows, an album, Fight For Our Right, and a headline performance at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium before 20,000 people.

A Goa-based DJ, Sudeep began his professional journey in 2016 and has been a resident at Marbella Beach since 2018. His sound spans House, Melodic House & Techno, Progressive, Indie Dance, Afro House and Tech House. He has performed at Krank Sessions, Open Air Music Festival, Paradise Beach Festival, Moonglade Festival, NOBO Experience and Namas’Cray Experience, sharing stages with artists including Mathame, Coyu, Agents of Time, Sven Väth, Carl Cox, Oliver Huntemann, Space Motion and D-Nox.

ANJUNA TONIGHT. 🔴 DJ BAN. MIDNIGHT.

Acid house. Disco. Berlin sounds. Groovy house and tech.

But putting a genre on Ban's music is missing the point. Every half hour takes you somewhere different, and somehow you never stop moving.

A little strange. Ridiculously groovy. Always unexpected.

By now, we’ve stopped trying to put a name to what Ban plays. His sets have brought a completely different sound to O POÇO. Eclectic, unexpected, a little strange in all the right places and somehow always keeping you moving.

He’s back this Friday with another bag of exquisite sounds and we’re very ready to see where this one goes.

Even before wrapping up his DJ course here @voycemusicacademy, @halder.anirban was already out there playing across Goa, taking on six hour sets and building real experience behind the decks.

Now it’s on to the next chapter.

You’ll be catching him at some of Goa’s best venues, doing what he does best.
