What is the true path to mastery of a black belt?

Never quitting when it gets tough, when you’re kicked down, laughed and glared at, talked down to, just keep getting up and become a person that YOU are proud of.

Martial arts is a beautiful thing that teaches life skills of how to be a true black belt in martial arts but more importantly, in life. Living each day by the values of honor, loyalty, family, and bravery but most of all respect. Self respect and for everyone and everything. A black belt is someone who has integrity, does the right thing when no one is watching. Those that don’t see that and don’t live that are simply missing the point and absolutely a waste of my time. Just know that growth is always possible but it must be earned.
