FNS 3.0.

After 15 years, moving FNS was hands down one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

9 months of searching for the right space.
Countless decisions.
A massive buildout.
And then somehow getting this entire place ready in record time.

Our team worked around the clock — literally — to get this space ready for our community. And seeing it come to life makes every late night, every obstacle, and every difficult decision worth it.

I couldn’t be more proud of our team, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community that has supported FNS through every chapter.

But this isn’t just a new gym.

This is FNS 3.0.

This next chapter is going to be massive.

We’re going deeper into our community. Deeper into our coaching. Deeper into the experience. And deeper into what it means to help people become stronger, healthier, and better versions of themselves.

I have SO much to share about how we got here — the lessons from 15 years, the things we’ve reevaluated, what we’re changing, and where we’re going next.

I’ll share more of that story soon.

But for now…

Welcome to Phase 1 of FNS 3.0.

🌊 Coastal California meets elite performance training.

And believe me…

We are just getting started.
