A few days in paradise🌺 Last week we spend a few days at @halfmooninn in San Diego for a little end of summer getaway. The weather was perfect, and we felt like we were on a tropical getaway on this beautiful property.

While we sometimes love to pack in activities on a getaway, this one was all about relaxing and staying in one place. With the Oasis Pool Bar and @eathumphreys onsite, we enjoyed all of our meals without having to leave!

Although we are Orange County based, we sure spend a lot of time in San Diego. We’ll be heading back next month for another family adventure. Follow us for SoCal family travel ideas and getaways❤️

Add this waterfront dining spot in San Diego to your list! During our recent stay at @halfmooninn, we enjoyed breakfast with a view at @eathumphreys. Situated on Shelter Island, this restaurant and lounge offers family friendly breakfast and dinner right on the bay.

This was the perfect spot for us to walk to in the morning, catching a look and the @halfmooninn koi pond and macaws on our way over.

This tropical oasis in San Diego is a must for families! @halfmooninn is located on Shelter Island, with beautiful marina views and spacious suites!

The entire property feels like you’re on an island getaway! It’s very family friendly with movie nights on the lawn, koi fish pond and resident macaws onsite!

The pool bar had all our favorites for lunch and dinner, while @eathumphreys was a delightful breakfast with a view!

As part of San Diego’s Kids Free Month, families can make the most of their stay at Humphreys Half Moon Inn, where children dine and stay free all month long!

This was the perfect location for our San Diego getaway! Thank you @halfmooninn for hosting us ❤️
