A few days in paradise🌺 Last week we spend a few days at @halfmooninn in San Diego for a little end of summer getaway. The weather was perfect, and we felt like we were on a tropical getaway on this beautiful property.

While we sometimes love to pack in activities on a getaway, this one was all about relaxing and staying in one place. With the Oasis Pool Bar and @eathumphreys onsite, we enjoyed all of our meals without having to leave!

Although we are Orange County based, we sure spend a lot of time in San Diego. We’ll be heading back next month for another family adventure. Follow us for SoCal family travel ideas and getaways❤️

Thank you @halfmooninn for the lovely hosted stay.

Add this waterfront dining spot in San Diego to your list! During our recent stay at @halfmooninn, we enjoyed breakfast with a view at @eathumphreys. Situated on Shelter Island, this restaurant and lounge offers family friendly breakfast and dinner right on the bay.

This was the perfect spot for us to walk to in the morning, catching a look and the @halfmooninn koi pond and macaws on our way over.

‼️Don’t forgot, at Humphreys Half Moon Inn, October begins kids stay & dine free all month long during San Diego’s Kids Free October. Kids 12 & under enjoy one complimentary kids’ meal with each paid adult entrée at Humphreys SoCAL Dining & Music or Oasis Pool Bar & Bites. Book any special rate or package on stays between October 1–31, 2026 to take advantage of this limited-time offer!

Thank you @eathumphreys for hosting us to this fantastic meal with a view!

🔙 FROM THE ARCHIVES | ECS Moonlight Ball 2023 🌙✨

Taking it back to May 2023 at Humphreys Half Moon Inn for the Episcopal Community Services Moonlight Ball!

San Diego Event Pros was proud to be part of this special evening, helping bring together a memorable night in support of ECS and the work they do throughout the San Diego community.

With a beautiful waterfront setting, an incredible group of guests, and an evening dedicated to making a difference, the Moonlight Ball was a great event to be a part of. 🌙🌴

We’re always grateful for the opportunity to work alongside organizations that bring people together for a meaningful cause — and to help create an experience their guests will remember.

Another great night by the bay and one we’re proud to have in the SDEP archives!

This tropical oasis in San Diego is a must for families! @halfmooninn is located on Shelter Island, with beautiful marina views and spacious suites!

The entire property feels like you’re on an island getaway! It’s very family friendly with movie nights on the lawn, koi fish pond and resident macaws onsite!

The pool bar had all our favorites for lunch and dinner, while @eathumphreys was a delightful breakfast with a view!

As part of San Diego’s Kids Free Month, families can make the most of their stay at Humphreys Half Moon Inn, where children dine and stay free all month long!

This was the perfect location for our San Diego getaway! Thank you @halfmooninn for hosting us ❤️

🎤 MONDAY SPOTLIGHT | Humphreys by the Bay 🌴🎶

It’s been a busy stretch at Humphreys by the Bay!

San Diego Event Pros has been behind the scenes supporting four very different events at this iconic San Diego waterfront venue — from legendary rock and world-class tribute performances to full-service corporate events.

🎸 **George Thorogood**
🎶 **The Australian Pink Floyd Show**
For both concerts, our team provided and supported the in-house lighting system, working alongside the touring productions to help bring each show to life.

🦷 **Massoumi Dental Corporation**
💙 **St. Paul’s Senior Services**
For these corporate events, San Diego Event Pros provided the full production package along with the technicians and crew needed to run each event from start to finish.

From supporting touring acts to delivering complete corporate productions, we love the variety that comes with working at Humphreys. No two events are quite the same, and our crew is always ready for the next one. 🎛️🎶

Four events. One incredible waterfront venue. 🌴
