If it’s been more than six months since your last chiropractic visit, a reassessment is required to check in on your previous progress or tackle new health goals.

To welcome you back, we are offering a complimentary re-exam — you’ll only pay the $65 subsequent visit fee (a $30 savings) — offer ends May 31, 2026.

WE ARE OPEN! ☃️

Reminder that our 24 hour cancellation policy is not in place during snow storms.

However, if a storm is predicted in the weather forecast and you know your commute will most likely be disrupted please cancel your appointment ahead of time to give your practitioner enough notice to book another patient in or adjust their hours to come in later.

Our clinic will remain OPEN as usual unless otherwise noted on social media or you have been contacted by email/ phone.

It is our priority that you are safe, and if you are unable to make it, we understand.

Supporting Moms—Because I’ve Been There Too! 🤰✨

Two years ago, I was navigating the incredible (and sometimes uncomfortable) journey of pregnancy myself. I experienced firsthand just how much a mama’s body changes while growing new life. 💛

That experience inspired me to dive even deeper — I’ve recently completed continuing education focused on the diagnosis and management of common musculoskeletal complaints during pregnancy, including:

🦴 Lower back and pelvic girdle pain
🤰 Round ligament discomfort
💫 Peripheral neuropathies (like carpal tunnel)
💨 Thoracic and rib pain
🌿 Tension headaches
👣 Foot and ankle pain

It’s that time of year again! 👣

For the month of November only, we’re excited to offer our clients a special deal of $75 off a pair of Foot Levelers orthotics.

Check your coverage, most insurance plans cover a pair of orthotics every 1-2 years!

If you would like to submit your foot orthotic purchase through your insurance, your insurance company will require an orthotic Medical Doctor prescription. This will give you enough time to book in to see your family doctor, or book online with Maple through the YourHealthNS app.

Maple is a free virtual health care service for Nova Scotia residents that do not have a family doctor.

Additionally Nova Scotia residents that do have a family doctor receive their first two virtual visits complimentary.

Orthotics are great for those who are suffering from foot pain, ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, low back pain, growth support for kids, or those of you who want to try Foot Levelers custom orthotics for daily activity, or need a new pair.

An orthotic appointment is 30 minutes and consists of:
✅ a foot scan & measurement with the Kinesiologist,
✅ Gait Analysis with a Chiropractor,
✅ and a Chiropractic subsequent treatment if you choose.

(Gait Analysis appointment is $65 incl. tax. | Orthotics are $425 this month, regular $500 incl. tax).

Please bring your Medical Doctor orthotic prescription to your appointment. We will give you the rest of the insurance required paperwork at your appointment.
