Acupuncture may be the missing piece in your wellness routine and treatment plan.

Contemporary Medical Acupuncture is a precise peripheral nerve stimulation technique, in which fine solid needles (acupuncture needles) are inserted into specific areas, and stimulated manually or with electricity for therapeutic purpose.

Acupuncture can help with:
- low back pain
- neck pain
- limited ROM/ joint stiffness
- weak muscle groups
- headaches
- tennis elbow
- plantar fasciitis
- muscle spasms
- and more!

Dr. Brigitte MacPhail, DC offers acupuncture through chiropractic care. Book an assessment for your first treatment with her, or if you are a current chiropractic patient, book in as a re-assessment.

📲 Call 902-492-2102 or email info@maritimechiropractic.ca for more information.

An amazing team of health care professionals at Maritime Chiropractic & Wellness are waiting to provide you with the most innovative health care services Halifax has to offer. 🤍

To welcome you back, we are offering a complimentary re-exam — you’ll only pay the $65 subsequent visit fee (a $30 savings) — offer ends May 31, 2026.

All of our chiropractors are participating in this special!

You can book by calling 902-492-2102 or visiting our online booking page (link in bio).

We look forward to seeing you! 😊

If your headaches are coming from your neck and posture, these 4 simple exercises can make a big difference.

✅ Chin Tucks
✅ Upper Trapezius Stretch
✅ Sternocleidomastoid (SCM) Stretch
✅ Shoulder Blade Squeeze

Consistency is key—small daily habits often lead to the best results.

If headaches are something you deal with regularly, it’s important to address the root cause—not just the symptoms.

Our team at Maritime Chiropractic & Wellness can help guide you with the right treatment and exercises for your specific needs.
