We’re so excited for this🥹🌞 by @halopilatesco

We’re so excited to share something new with our community!

Not a typical physio appointment. Not a typical Pilates class.

Introducing The Core 5 Program — a collaboration between Halo Pilates Co. and iMove Clinic.

Bringing physiotherapy and Reformer training together, this program is designed to support you through every stage of your movement journey, with a focus on building strength, injury prevention & rehabilitation, and moving with confidence🙌

We’re incredibly excited to be working with iMove Clinic to bring this approach to our studio and create more opportunities for our community to move, recover, and feel their best!

The Core 5 begins November 10th.

For more information and to determine eligibility, contact iMove Clinic
