First day home from the hospital after breaking both of my legs at 11 years old.

Whenever I was down, I wore my Patrick Ewing jersey. To me, it wasn’t just basketball. It was strength, toughness, and resilience. The New York Knicks gave me something to believe in when I needed it most.

That kid never gave up. 🧡💙

Go New York, Go New York, Go!
Good luck to the Knicks in the Finals.

Life gave my cousin Grizz Chapman some heavy battles, but he fought them with strength and dignity until the very end.

A lot of people knew him as the sitcom star from 30 Rock, but we knew the man behind the screen. A good heart, good energy, and somebody who made an impact in this life.

After years of fighting illness and dialysis, he passed peacefully in his sleep on May 22nd, 2026

I’m thankful we got time to reconnect 2 months before his passing.
Rest easy, cousin. Your name and legacy will live on forever. by @hammer31

My favorite board game growing up was monopoly. Never knew I was be capable of owning multiple properties. I saw a unique opportunity to close on a new home next to one that I purchased in 2022. Not by luck… just like monopoly I recognizing the opportunity when I passed GO. Every time you pass GO, you get a chance to collect. But in real life… not everybody collects.
Some hesitate.
Some overthink.
Some let the opportunity pass… and circle the board again wishing they made a move.
Me?
I’m doubling down.
Because opportunities don’t always come twice…yes real estate is very risky, but so is letting opportunity pass you by. This ain’t just about real estate.
This is about life.
Next time you pass GO…
don’t just collect — capitalize.
No regrets.
No hesitation.
Just action. taken in Tampa Florida by @hammer31

Embracing Showmanship. 🏀

17 years in… and I’m still a student of the game. Still learning. Still growing. Still finding new ways to connect.
Showmanship isn’t just tricks, smiles, and crowd control — it’s responsibility. It’s understanding that when I put this jersey on, I’m representing 100 years of history, sacrifice, excellence, and joy. It’s bigger than buckets. Bigger than me.
Every night I step on that floor, I’m not just playing — I’m pouring into kids who need hope, families who need a break from reality, and the younger version of myself who once just dreamed of moments like this.
Growth never stops. The mission never shrinks. The jersey never gets lighter.
And I embrace all of it. 💫

Brooklyn raised me… and now we’ve both leveled up. 🗽✨
From railroad tracks and chain-link fences to center court lights and packed arenas — this borough evolved, and so did I.

The streets look different.
The skyline looks different.
And I’m not the same kid either.

Growth isn’t about where you start… it’s about who you become when you refuse to stay the same.
Brooklyn and I?
We built different now. 💪🏾🏀

Before I ever stepped into bright arenas, she was fighting battles way bigger than a scoreboard.
My grandmother was diagnosed with uterus cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer… and beat all three. 🥊
That’s not just survival — that’s strength. That’s resilience. That’s superhero status in my eyes. 🦸🏾‍♀️💛
So if it’s a Junior’s run, a car ride, or just sitting and talking… I’m making time. Always.

If you had told that little kid from Brooklyn…the one sitting on the bed with two broken legs… rocking a New York Knick jersey with high hopes of one day being in that spotlight… that he’d grow up to represent the Harlem Globetrotters in their 100-Year Game at Madison Square Garden… I would’ve thought you were crazy.

That kid didn’t know it yet, but every setback was setting up this moment.
Every doubt was building discipline.
Every challenge was shaping purpose.

Now I look back on the life I’ve lived — every chapter, every test, every obstacle — and I can honestly say: I have no regrets.
All of it prepared me for right now.

This isn’t just another game.
This is the Game of the Century.
A celebration of 100 years of Globetrotter magic… and somehow I get to be one of the faces carrying that legacy into the brightest spotlight in the world — Madison Square Garden. taken in Madison Square Garden by @hammer31

Dear Athlete,

The life of an athlete aint easy when you’re chasing greatness on the court and trying to build a future beyond it. It took me seven years into my pro career to finally realize I was meant for more than Slam Dunk Highlights.

Your talent might open the door…
But ownership is what keeps that door from never closing.

That’s why I stand on Hustle for Ownership. Because it’s not enough to grind during the game — you’ve got to grind for your future also. The same discipline it takes to perfect your craft is the same discipline it takes to build real stability.

Being an athlete teaches you life skills that will benifit you off the court. Don't wait till its to late. You are all destin for greatness!

Invest in something real.
Invest in yourself.
Invest in what nobody can take away from you.
