A milestone moment at Highland Farm 🎉

On Friday, October 2, Hammerstein Museum board members, supporters, and funders gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for renovations to Oscar Hammerstein II’s historic home.

OHM Board President Greg Roth shared remarks and expressed our deep gratitude to the many partners who have helped make this project possible, including @senator_stevesantarsiero and @reptimbrennan for their assistance in securing state RACP funding.

General Contractor, Adams-Bickel Associates COO Jason Amrich, Rep. Tim Brennan, Univest Financial VP Randy Beaman, Doylestown Township Supervisor Jennifer Herring, and Oscar’s grandson and founding board member Will Hammerstein, along with Period Architecture, who developed the renovation plans, joined in the celebration.

Meghan Schroeder presented the Museum with a proclamation and U.S. flag from @repbrianfitz, adding a special touch to this memorable occasion.

Thank you to everyone who has believed in Highland Farm and helped bring us to this exciting next chapter. We can’t wait to see the transformation begin! 🏛️🎭 Photos by Joel Nace

One week ago today, Hammerstein Museum celebrated our progress with the "Something Wonderful" Gala. Broadway icon Liz Callaway charmed guests with Hammerstein, Sondheim and more. Ted Chapin presented the 2nd annual Ockie Award to the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Ahrens and Flaherty. We showcased winners of the Hammerstein International Youth Solo Contest. @senator_stevesantarsiero and @reptimbrennan presented Hammerstein Museum with over $2 million in state grant funds. Special thanks to our Gala Chair, Linda Leffingwell Paton, for her leadership and inspiring generosity, and to our Presenting Sponsors, the Zazyczny Family Foundation and @cafesouldoylestown, as well as our Entertainment Sponsors, Greg Kammerer and Fred White. Enjoy some highlights of this night to be remembered in this post... by @hammersteinmuseum
