As a Swiftie, dining at @willowkualalumpur 💜 for my pre birthday was an absolute treat! The ambience was incredibly stunning with the gorgeous flower decor🌸 It was a whole whimsical and enchanting vibe ✨ The service was also top notch 👍🏻

💜 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 💙

𝑯𝒐𝒌𝒌𝒂𝒊𝒅𝒐 𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒑
- It was my first time ever trying “boujee” scallops and it was so yummy !! Especially with the briny sauce. Safe to say that im a future expensive $$$ scallop stan.

𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏
-It consists of ikura, snow crab which I’m not a fan of eating those to begin with so it just tasted like normal decent “light” noodles to me lol. It just seems too expensive for my liking.

💜 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 💙

𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑶𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒖𝒔
- SUPER GOOD! The Octopus was marinated in gochujang sauce and it was such a savoury delight! The texture was barely chewy at all! The best part for me was the tail cause it was crispy! And I loveee and live for having texture in my foods! Eating this sets high expectations of me eating octopus (that’s as good as this) in the future 🥰

𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃
- The lamb meat was surprisingly more towards to the mild tasting side. Ordered it medium rare and the texture was lovely, and it was not gamey at all. In fact, the deep fried lamb “patty” next to it tasted more of your typically known “LAMB” taste 😂 if you get what what I’m saying 🤭

💜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭 💙

𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒊 🍫🍄
- As a chocolate AND mushroom fan, this was so interestingly good together!? Never would’ve thought that the combination of those two flavours would make a pretty good match! The chocolate was rich and decadent with hints of that earthy porcini mushroom flavour. There’s chocolate mousse, ice cream and crunchy cookies surrounding it. And most importantly when it comes to eating desserts (esp for us asians), the whole thing was not TOO sweet!! 🙌🏻

They also serve complimentary warm Sourdough bread slices 🍞with normal and seaweed butter 🧈 to start.

Huge shoutout to the server Mimi who attended us, cause she’s also an amazing photographer 📸🤳 who teaches you how to pose for good shots with the decor ✨ tip her whenever you can !! 🥰 taken in Willow Kuala Lumpur by @hangrycharmy
