The joy of running faster and farther together is pretty unmatched. After a couple seasons of casually helping friends put together training plans for their marathons and half marathons, I decided to get my RRCA Level 1 Coaching Certification this past June. This year’s fall racing season was extremely rewarding as I had the opportunity to coach a select group of runners to total of 5 personal bests: 3 marathon PRs, 1 half PR, 1 10-miler PR, and 2 Boston Qualifying times. I'm a big believer of the power of individualized training after over 3 years of working with a coach myself and spending the past year and a half coaching.

I’m very excited to share that I’m now accepting more running clients! Whether you have winter or spring races lined up, are looking for additional guidance to get in some base-training before fall racing season, or you’re looking to progress as a runner without any races lined up, I’d love to chat to see if we’d be a good fit!
