What a fantastic weekend spent racing against a quality field in the well organized Breede Canoe Marathon @breederivercanoe , @jasper_mocke was super strong throughout the 2 x day race in low water conditions but happy to have come away with the win in our build up to World Marathon Champs a couple weeks away ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป also well done to @jnisbet10 & @pipsmcgregor for taking out the womanโ€™s title to make it a first for husband & wife to win respective overall titles in same Breede race . What an awesome weekend of racing at our well organized hometown Surfski event sponsored by my close friend @leefurby1 #FuelU2 . The conditions were real with some big swell and not much wind for assistance. Lee & I teamed up with no expectations however we both love winning and when the start whistle blew it was game on !
