(ad: press trip) Just back from a glorious few days in Cornwall with @seasaltcornwall - the south west is always good for the soul! Thanks to @taskpr for inviting me. Incredible morning light at Mawgan Porth beach Double denim dinner outfit Definitely need to bring the whippet back to stretch his legs on this beach! #wildlife Nature walk with @cornwallwildlifetrust - we were a month too early for whales but it was still stunning! Big sea #shoefie We had a fantastic fish dinner at @littleprawnpadstow - thrilled to have been given a cook book too! Morning swim (well, more of a dunk) (ad: gift) post swim snuggle in this gorgeous @seasaltcornwall coat (it’s reversible and we all know how I feel about that 😍) The gang! Η γιαγιά που ήταν Ελληνίδα 🇬🇷 (hope I have spelt that right!) Since being lucky enough to be invited to my friend’s fabulous wedding a few years ago (thank you @nickspensley !) I’ve realised how important my Greek heritage is to me. Next year the plan is to venture a bit more off piste to the island my Greek Nanny Shier came from. My Greek had definitely improved this year but I want to progress further than being able to book a table for tomorrow at 7:30 and saying “delicious!” after every meal! (It was fair enough though - every meal was delicious!) Long time followers will recognise this old dress which now needs a little repair but always comes to the beach with me! A delightful hat wall in Corfu old town The clear water never fails to amaze me. Next level snorkelling! Anglo-Greek Schnauzer. What a lovely boy. Secret beach Al fresco dining goals Not my usual ferry These guys were amazing! Apparently they are all music students at a local college. Sound on! Coffee spot Our favourite beach. Completely deserted until 10:30am so very much worth getting up early for. Books and coffee (AD: gift) a moment for my excellent duo of @troubadourgoods bags. One gigantic waterproof tote which is absolutely ideal for the beach and folds up really small to pack. The other brilliant slimline sling bag with fantastic pocket options - perfect for the airport but also phrase books, sunglasses, phone etc. highly recommend! “Grapes, peach, melon, banana, donut, mango” Holiday uniform was - naturally - elastic waist shorts and comfy shoes. Spent a lot of time in nature lately. Can’t stop thinking about this happy duck. Went on an urban foraging walk. When I was working at newspapers and magazines in London, I was lucky enough to get to try a lot of beauty treatments. But it’s right here on the Isle of Wight that I’ve found my favourite ever facial. I’ve been going to @louise.howellskin for a few years now, and she’s recently introduced this new Natural Facelift facial. I LOVE IT. It’s so incredibly relaxing and my skin always looks great afterwards. This treatment is available at @beautiqueiw in Ryde. There’s loads more info about it on their website. This particular one was a gifted treatment but I have paid for it many times and will continue to do so in the future! taken in Isle of Wight by @hannah.rochell

I gave this dress serious consideration before I bought it 4 years ago and it really paid off! Works for all occasions, all year round and with a fluctuating dress size. Especially good during a record breakingly hot summer too, it turns out… (swipe for fringe!) by @hannah.rochell
