There’s something great about doing everything you said you were going to 🤍🪽 by @hannahdriffield
What started as a way to improve my fitness has become so much more than that. Running has taught me patience, discipline, resilience and the importance of showing up for myself, even on the days when it feels hard. It’s taught me to appreciate the small wins, stop comparing my journey to others and understand that progress doesn’t always look like getting faster or going further. And somewhere along the way, it’s introduced me to some pretty amazing people too. Still learning, still growing and definitely still working on slowing down on those easy runs 🤣 Huge thanks to my coaches @theeuncommonclub @jadeashleypalmer for helping me get to where I am today and for building an amazing community of people 🫶🏽 🏃🏼‍♀️ #running #halfmarathon #fitness #runner #training by @hannahdriffield

1 year, set aside to learn, build & grow. If anyone needs me I’ll either be practising Pilates for my mat exams, in the gym weightlifting, out running for my half marathon prep, studying for my nutrition exams or in recovery position. I have so much on my plate but I have never been happier 📈 #pilatesinstructor #pilates #running #nutrition #strengthtraining by @hannahdriffield
The hardest opponent isn’t the person next to you, it’s the version of you that wants to stay comfortable. Every run, every rep, every early morning is another chance to become someone stronger than yesterday. Progress isn’t about beating everyone else. It’s about showing up consistently until the person you used to be can’t keep up. #runner #strengthtraining #progress #discipline #fitnessjourney by @hannahdriffield
