Happy birthday my loveeee ❤️

This trip so far has been nothing short of amazing, and of course, you always come up with the best itineraries! Especially after such a long time since we’ve had a proper holiday like this together.

Another year, another chapter, and more challenges for us to face together. Through every up and down, it’ll always be us against the world, taking on one obstacle at a time, side by side. Even if there’s Zero bisibility 😝

Here’s to many more adventures, memories and birthdays together. I love you always. 🥰

Rock climbing and Ladder climbing with zero bisibility

We got certificate, medals and trophy for climbing for 3 hours!!!

Doing Turf Games Elite Male made me realise one thing - the higher it gets, the tougher the competition.

For me, every training was painful, more mentally than physically. But it also made me realise just how much more I still need to improve.

Then Turf Games came around. After the first two events, it hit me just how tough the competition was and how strong every athlete/team out there was. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and I know this experience will only make me better.

A massive thank you to my teammates for the pep talks, the pushes and for getting me through Events 3 and 4. A big win for us was taking 1st in Event 3.

Event 4 obviously didn’t go the way we wanted, but I’m glad that we finished it together and still came in 4th out of 12 absolutely stacked teams.

Not the result we ultimately want, but definitely something to build on.

We’ll only get better from here. 💯

Not bad for first timers doing elite male 😬 #NapfirstTurflater

Nuggets upsized! We finally made the jump to the Elite category. A first for us, and despite the mishaps along the way, it was such an enjoyable experience.

For our first Elite competition, it honestly didn’t feel very competitive. Competing alongside @revl.training.cityhall and @revl.training.lowerpeirce , everyone was cheering each other on and supporting one another throughout the events, which made the experience even better.

Most importantly, my teammates, that’s 2 games in a row filled with fun, laughter, and great memories together. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Special thanks to our team manager @amandajleefit for bringing this group together and making it all happen.

Thank you, and till the next one! taken in Singapore by @haowedoit

2 weeks in the US flew by way too quickly. The last time I was here was 10 years ago, and back then it was all about road trips and adventure.

This trip felt completely different, landed and headed straight to New Jersey, back to New York, then off to Pittsburgh, before returning to New York again and finally heading home. Every stop this time was about supporting @amandajleefit bodybuilding journey, and it was such an amazing experience getting to see the US bodybuilding scene and witness the Pittsburgh Pro firsthand.

But the best part of the trip was simply being by your side ❤️ taken in New York City by @haowedoit

Still buzzing and aching from Singapore Team Games
The event, the energy, the vibes, all unreal.

🥈 2nd Place – Intermediate Mixed

The competition was tough, but we stayed in it together. We pushed through our shortcomings and leaned on grit and teamwork when it mattered most.

Thanks to everyone who supported and cheered us on. And to my teammates, thank you for showing up, digging deep, and pushing through even when it got uncomfortable. Proud to be you guys. 🖤

No emails, no work calendars — just flights and moments that mattered. October felt like freedom, gone too soon before November calls me back. by @haowedoit
