We LOST ALL OUR GAMES at yesterday's tournament and I even sustained a minor injury 💪🏼

But we don't feel like losers because we know we played better than our last tournament.

We faced much more higher skilled opponents on the courts and being able to score and maintain the rally at this level is a big win for us.

As we reflect on our games yesterday, we celebrated our improvement, and we also learned that our biggest competition is ourselves.

And most of all, we are proud of how even in defeat we showed great sportsmanship and grace 🏆

Every one of these is a real person who felt cared for... and that is the whole reason I keep going. 💛

I started Happy Oils back in 2020, as a new mum in the middle of a pandemic, suffering from skin and hair problems with my mental health issues.

I was exhausted, breaking out, losing my hair, further from “me” than I’d ever been... and even until now, my oils have helped me through relapses and recurring breakouts and hair shedding.

Blending these oils by hand and using them was how I found my way back to looking after and caring for myself again... and I want to share that with you.

That’s my why. Not the numbers. These messages.

Knowing that these bottles I made helped someone else feel calmer, softer, and care for themselves again.
