Thank you @techrepbrendan for the Novablast 6 and sending it with so much care! @brejudgeart created limited edition artwork for the Novablast 6 and I'm proud to own 123/200! 🩵

APPLETON FOR THE WIN!!

Margot Appleton runs 4:23.45 to claim the women's elite mile title at the Sir Walter Miler.

11 American women run under 4:30 in one of the fastest mile races in U.S. history. Crazy that I got to witness this!! taken in Raleigh, North Carolina by @happyrunnerjaz

First consistent week in MONTHS. Let me tell you, I'm just happy to be running and that I'm healthy enough to do so! My running views have changed from concrete jungles to waterfalls. BTW the only trails I run are PAVED because I am a pavement princess, idk how trail runners do it. 🤷‍♀️

I'm in the @chicknlegsrunning Hawaiian 4" Shorts and the Navy Blue OG Sports Bra!

I got to ask Harvey Lewis for advice.

No matter where you are in your journey, learning from people who've pushed the limits is invaluable.

The best part is, I now have an excuse to go buy a smoothie after my long runs because legend @harveylewisultrarunner said so 🙂‍↕️

GO GET IT!!

Out of my control: noise. In my control: my pace, my energy, my boundaries. Choosing the center today.

There will always be noise, expectations, timelines, people moving faster, people moving slower. None of that sets my pace.

What I control is my effort, my attitude, and where I spend my energy. So today I’m running my own race and staying in my circle.

Grateful to be part of the Miami running community and surrounded by leaders who truly lead by example. I look up to the community builders around me, especially Joao, founder of @pushing4new. From the very beginning, he created a space where people come together to push for their best selves. This wall is a physical reminder of how he celebrates and recognizes everyone’s wins, and today I’m here to recognize his. His success is no accident. It is built on the work he puts in when no one is watching.

Spaces like this remind me that running is bigger than miles and paces. It is about people, consistency, and showing up for one another. Miami is special because of leaders who pour into the community without expecting anything in return, and I am blessed to witness it, learn from it, and be part of it.

Though I wasn't able to be present for this successful event, I just wanted to express how proud I am of Joao!

(Look mom I made it on to the P4N wall 🥹)

@themiamimarathon 2026! 👟♻️

Showed off the latest recycled products from @sneaker.impact. Thanks to you all we are able to give 4 full boxes of shoes a second life that would have otherwise ended up in the land fill.
